We were on a trip to FL when our engine broke. Good things about this place: they fought with our warranty company to get us a new engine for our 2019 Ford Flex. But, that was about the only positive. They had our car for 2 months and we live just about 200 miles away. Upon renting a car and driving down to get it, they informed me that there might be something wrong with the transmission after their "test drive" But other than that it was running fine. I didn't think anything about it. I would get it checked when I got home. I drove 3.5 hours home and almost immediately warnings went off that the cruise control didn't work and the warnings didn't stop for 200 miles and no cruise control. I took our car to another Ford dealer. Turns out Haag Ford just didn't fix our cruise control they didn't even fill the transmission fluid up after replacing an engine. Now, I'm fighting for them to take responsibility for the work they didn't complete. Terrible customer service, didn't even fully fix my car after over $15000 worth of repairs. read more

So, my 2017 Ford Escape (with only 87,000 miles on it) blew an engine yesterday (My Ford review will be forthcoming) and we went to Haag Ford for options. We dealt with Matt Valentour as our salesperson. What a gem this man is! He was professional and understanding and even let me vent about how upset I was that my car just decided that yesterday was it's last day for performing. I cannot express just how easy he made this financial transaction. I wasn't sick or distraught and I even had a few laughs. Buying a car is worse for me than childbirth, going to the dentist and having another back surgery all on the same day, but not after going here! My emotions were upbeat as we left and I even felt relieved that we bought another Ford. I really cannot recommend going to see Matt enough. He helped us through such a rough time and we didnt spend all day with him. Not sure I will ever recommend a Ford, but I would return to let this salesman help me through this process anytime! I purchased my 2016 Ford Edge with my purchase was included lifetime oil change & tire rotation which I did every 6,000 miles. About 2 years ago I had to replace a wheel unfortunately it was slightly off in color which actually became very helpful in realizing that they were Not rotating my tires at first contact I was told I was lying then I started documenting the tire before taking it for rotation each time never rotated. I went somewhere else they told me the lug nuts go bad and can break off so with this other establishment I purchased new lug nuts and my tires were rotated this time When I took my car 10-1 setting up appointment I told the service mgr about what was happening also spoke with service advisor explaining how they were not rotating and that I had new lug nuts they both assured me it would be done I got my car back last night after hours and Once Again my tires were Not rotated. Luckily I documented the tires before I go with the different wheels & also the wheel is scratched which is double confirmation. read more

This is a review of the service department and body shop. I have been trying to get warranty work completed on a Bronco. It took over a month to try to even get me scheduled for a small area smaller than your fingernail that was not painted from the factory.They finally tried to repaired the paint issue. I was sick, they painted a huge area and tried to blend it in with a color that didn't match! There was also lint under the clear and it wasn't smooth at all. They were not so nice and told me that they never have trouble blending paint and they couldn't see any issues. After more discussions with them they decided to have their paint rep look at it. I only found out they decided to repaint it again by me continuing to call them. They won't call back or keep you informed so I decided to start emailing and including the Director of Operations. This is awful you pat that much for a vehicle you would think they would not screw it up and at least talk to you about what is going on. read more

Here's my update. I've been with my new car for month or two now. My check engine light has come on and I've realized every one of my tires is leaking air. One is leaking really fast. I don't have a lot of money to invest in a vehicle and this was a big deal for me. I'm really disappointed and frustrated. read more

I took my car in because the engine light was on ... they said it was loose spark plug wires and then talked me into a 60k mile service for $800. One month later the light is on again, and they said it really needed new wires and plugs, for $600. When I said no, they still charged me $100 for "diagnostics." For something they had already charged me to fix. They are all about the up-sell, I'll never go back. Stay away. read more

Been there for paint job and recalls on my vehicle. Left both times with my vehicle worse than when I took it in. Paint job is chipping off and they won't repaint it. Had a recall to fix door latch and I'm now waiting on a part to fix part of the door unrelated to recall. I give up, Don't go there! read more

They offed a $21 oil change. So I took my Mustang GT Premium there. I figure a dealer would take better care than a other place. After a hour and a half the car was done. I did walk around and noticed they were talking and not working on my car for a while, This could be to allow the fluid to drain not sure. as the dealer goes I'm not a big fan they seem cold to talk to in sales department. I was looking for a car for my son while I was there and no salesmen came over to talk to me. This has happened to me in the past. Drove 2 hours to this dealership only to be treated like I didn't know what I was doing. The vehicle was a service vehicle with over 7500 miles. I asked to see the service records and salesman responded there were none. After test driving I asked about the brakes and tires. Salesman responded vehicle only had 7500 miles I shouldn't have any problems., vehicle just needed to be driven. Salesman was rude and dismissive, I asked for a manager. I was told there was nothing the manager could do. Sure enough after waiting 15 minutes for the salesman to get the manager they both come back and the manager says there's nothing he can do. I've never had a car buying experience like this, it was very disappointing. I wonder if the owner of this dealership knows how customers are treated. The kicker was what the salesman said to the other salesman as my daughter and I were leaving. This entire experience has left a really bad taste in my mouth about this dealership. The sad thing is we really liked the car and I was prepared to buy it. If you're really not in the mood to sell a car after 6:30 PM, or you want to sell to a friend, let the customer know and they won't drive two hours to see the vehicle. All people should be treated with respect in the car buying process. The fact that you are a female should play no role in the way you are treated, I hope that's all it was the fact that I was a female. I had been taking my 2011 F-150 to Haag Ford every 5,000 since new for the multi-point inspection, oil change and tire rotation. At 50,000 miles, both the inspection sheet and the work order indicated that my brakes needed no service. 2,000 miles later, the inside pad was metal-to-metal on the rotor on the right front axle. So, instead of having to have new pads installed, I also had to have the rotors replaced which added $266 to the job. The service advisor told me the technician that worked the 50,000 mile service probably only checked the outside pad, which still had sufficient pad remaining. They offered nothing more than an apology; didn't even clean the brake dust and rust off of the rims nor did they inspect the rear brakes again when they replaced the front end components to make sure that the technician inspected the inside pads there. read more

They admit they did the damage and admit shoddy work on my truck but refuse to fix it. Poor customer service, only out for a buck. Rude, condescending, unprofessional, unethical. I will never return to Haag Ford. My truck is ruined and is way worse than before i took it to them. read more
