My birthday is Saturday, February 14th so I wanted to treat myself to a nice relaxing pedicure and eyebrow waxing. I knew that I wanted callus remover and a gel pedicure. The woman kept telling me to try the other things but I just simply did not want those options. Upset, she stormed off to put the book down and came back to start the job. She not only cut me once, but twice! And when I verbally let out an ouch and pulled my foot back, she didn't offer an apology with softer behavior, she simply kept trying to do it and say that she needed to. My toe now hurts and was bleeding but she kept trying to rub oil on it to "heal" it. Girl, let my foot go. I went to pay and let the woman up front know and she asked to see my toe and she acknowledged the cuts and the woman who tended to me starts yelling in her native language in a very aggressive manner. This is my last time patronizing this place. I'm disgusted by the lack of customer service and respect. I still paid and tipped gracefully, as I have integrity and morals. PS: my toes look awful. Lexi did my hair and makeup trial, then my makeup the day of the wedding. Ashayna and Christin were also part of my bridal dream team and they absolutely killed it. My sisters, mom, and I were all over the moon with how our hairstyles and makeup turned out. This is a lot coming from someone who doesn't normally wear makeup and didn't want to look super caked up on my big day. The salon is adorable and we bought a bunch of products for our hair, purses, and hair clips while we were in for our services. Upon walking in, i was greeted immediately and was given a new client envelope filled with coupons to use in the future. That was awesome! I saw Erica. I had already seen her work on IG and she is AMAZING!!! I was scheduled for a blowout, but when she saw my hair (which another stylist at another high end salon) had don't to my hair, she asked me if I wanted her to shape it up. She knew immediately what the other stylist had done. I have thin hair, and Erica brought it back to life with a little of her magic. Not only does my hair look fuller, but it now has shape to it. She is very knowledgeable and makes you feel so at ease. I'm going back Friday for color and I'm so excited!! I would definitely recommend Erica. Went in and got a manicure & pedicure from Mia. I showed her a picture of what I would like and she was absolutely wonderful. She has AMAZING talent. She didn't use any stencils to draw the nail art on, she did it freehand. She is a perfectionist and made sure my nails were cleaned up with no hangnails or skin around my nail beds. My pedicure was just as BEAUTIFUL. She also is a wonderful person to talk to and you can tell she loves what she does. Since getting these done, I had numerous people stop me and tell me how beautiful my nails and pedicure look. The gentleman who did my…read morepedicure seemed to be rushed, did nothing with my cuticles, did not clean under the nail as they usually do, he just seemed like he hasn't been properly trained. This is the second time I have had him for my pedicure and it was the same the first time. I won't be going back.
