Hair appointments can be stressful. This place will make it easier. You may want to think ahead get an appointment. My first appointment was with Leraas. She knocked it out of the park. My second appointment I got a different stylist. The color was on point, but the cut was a bit shorter than anticipated. Overall great spot! read more

I don't love my cut ...stylist ignored the picture I brought in and gave me the cut she wanted me to have. My hair was one length when I arrived, and I asked for no layering. My result was layering on one side with uneven and jagged ends. My hair is now longer on one side than the other. I called the salon to ask if a different stylist could help me by correcting the cut or assist me with styling. I asked that the first stylist not be made aware to avoid hurting her feelings. The second stylist instead told the first and wanted to involve the first stylist in my appointment with her despite me booking on a day that the first stylist was off. Neither of these two stylist listened to my requests. So, I wouldn't recommend this salon. Especially, since I've left messages for the owner and have received no response. I spent over $150...now, I'm waiting for my hair to grow out again. Disappointed!! read more

Appointment was at 7:15pm. Was gonna get there at 7:20pm and called out of respect to let them know i was running 5 min late. Got told we had to reschedule because the stylist had someone booked right after and runnin 5 min late ruined that. Don't get why you would book another cut after me if y'all close at 8. My cut would've tooken until 8 at least. Terrible service, lady in the phone was rude as well. Don't recommend this business at all. read more

I have been going to H2O for about 8 months. I have been to lots of beauty salons in my life and this one is the perfect one for me. The prices are cheaper than what I was paying before so that is a good thing. I have worked with 2 hairdressers and they were both awesome so I love that. They take the time to listen to you and see what you really want or they can help fill in the gaps when you don't know what you want! My hair comes out perfect each time and every single time is great. Other things I like about it is the ambience of the place. It is calm and comforting to go to. It is very clean and well-kept. Everyone there is pleasant and supportive in your quest for the right hair. I look forward to going each time and I feel safe there from Covid problems. The hair studio is divided up nicely with space between each area for privacy. I would definitely consider it a classy place. read more

Well I went to this salon for about 8 years. First Caitlyn did my hair and then Katie. It was a bit high priced but I was ok paying that because I was happy with my hair. I never missed an appt. and I had Saturday appts. booked thru the end of the year. Last summer Katie got married and moved away and 2 new girls were brought on. I made 3 appts. with Hailey and she cancelled 2 of those at the last minute making it an impossibility to get another Saturday appt. unless I wanted to wait 6 months. Luckily for me I moved out of Murfreesboro and found a new place to get my hair done which is just as good and much less costly. read more

Great stylists. I've gone to Katie for over a year now and she is phenomenal. She takes great care and time to make sure my cut and style is EXACTLY what I'm looking for. I'll cut straight to the chase. When I heard they charge $25 for a haircut I thought it was a crazy idea, then I did some research: Its not just a haircut. You walk in, sit down and . . . wait for it . . . . get to drink a BEER. Followed by a shampoo/headrub/neck massage and a STELLAR haircut. You walk out feeling like a new man . . . thats not all. You get to come back 2 weeks later for a FREE trim to catch all the spots that might be getting somewhat shaggy. So lets look at that again. Beer + massage + 2 Haircuts all for $25?? Crazy. Lets do some math there. $25 minus 2 beers (one for each appt) @ say $3 per beer equals $19. If we divide that by 2 we get $9.50 per haircut. Something awful has to go down in order for me to cheat or breakup with my stylist. Luckily, I do not have that problem with Caitlin. She is the best I've ever had. She really listens to me when I talk about my hair goals and wants. She also talks me out of any crazy hair thoughts I may have. She knows me and she knows my hair. Money can't buy that. I'm so thankful for her. Besides Caitlin, I also love the professionalism of the rest of the staff and the products they offer. I had to find a new hairstylist this year and I was worried. Fortunately I found Madison and H2O. Madison is great and does a fantastic blonde. I can be indecisive and she helps me make the right choices and has probably helped me dodge a few bad haircuts as well. The salon is cute and spotless. They offer wine and water when you walk in as well. I recently moved 45 minutes away but I will still be making the drive to this fantastic spot. read more

I've been going to H20 for about six months now per the recommendation from a good friend of mine who has gone here for years. We both go to Rachel, but we have another friend who sees another stylist at the salon. They are really great at what they do and although they offer some amazing products, they aren't like other salons that push it on you. I actually had to inquire about products for Rachel to suggest things I could use on my hair. The stuff I bought has lasted since the first appointment and seriously does make a big difference. And this is coming from someone who is a hair purist and really doesn't use much on her hair. I've also gotten waxed here and they are great at that as well! Where can you go to get a hair cut and have it cut the same every time by a pretty girl and have a beer given to you while you wait. I live right down the street from this one makes it real convenient. I got tired of getting a different person at the other places and walking out half embarrassed all the time until I could get home and fix it. I found this salon from reading a lot of reviews online. H2O has a ton of positive reviews listed on various sites. Caitlin is the best! She is super talented and sweet. After she gave me a really cute short cut, I got a ton of compliments and even got stopped on the street by a stranger who wanted to take pictures of my hair and get my stylist's contact. Caitlin always takes her time with me; it is a very relaxing experience. You get a warm towel wrapped around your head and a neck massage. I always feel like I'm at a spa.
