I'd had ombre hair for the longest time and was so nervous about trying blonde. I'd gone blonde once before and it just didn't work on me. Jess was able to find the perfect shade for my skin tone (it looks FABULOUS) and even did a high ombre for me so that if it grows out sooner than I can afford a touch up, it will still look good instead of having those harsh lines. It's awesome, and I LOVE my summer hair so much! I'm going back to her this weekend to get a keratin treatment and a blowout for my anniversary! Kelley McKnight is fantastic! Her knowledge of color is superior. I have been highlighting/bleaching/coloring my hair for years and I must say, she is one of the best! I have long hair and I'm very cautious of who color treats my hair. I'm new to Tennessee and after reading her previous reviews I felt I was in good hands and I was absolutely right. She's extremely nice, she's detailed, and explains the entire process and cost before she starts. What a refreshing way to do business. She has my business from here on and I feel lucky to have found her! Venus put a full set of nails on with gel French manicure that was fantastic! She made sure to ask exactly what I preferred for length and shape and throughout the process of my nails, checked to make sure I was very happy. Venus is very nice and an absolute skilled professional that believes in perfection before you walk out the door. I'm so very happy with my nails, they look amazing! Bought a gift certificate special "Salon Sampler" never used all the certificate after attempting to get appointments many times. The owner was/is pregnant bad business. My daughter had a "Salon Sampler" also and her hair cut was jacked up so bad she forfeited her remaining certificates. Very disappointing!!! :( Bad language was used each time I was in the salon not good for business either! read more

I went with my daughter to Coral Salon, and both of us came home happy! Charlotte touched up my highlights expertly and gave me a great trim. The daughter also got a trim and loves it. Not professional, not good business practices! Booked an appt in late June. The stylist did a good job so I booked another appt in 5 weeks. No call, no text, finally I called and said I'm pretty sure I booked an appointment last time I was there and then I was told my stylist left. I booked with another stylist and had to cancel bc of last minute work deadlines. I was told I would be charged 25.00 for cancellation fee. I understood the policy from my initial visit and booked again a few days later. When I arrived, I was met by my stylist and got color for my grays. She sat me under the dryer for 15 minutes. 15 minutes came and went and my stylist was no where to be found. Meanwhile, the owner, approached me to let me know that they had lost all of my information and did not have my card on file to charge me the cancellation fee. What he said was very bizarre citing that a mans name and card was in my file. He then stated that they tried to call me but then said they had the wrong number. He was telling me how he was going to charge me the cancellation fee when I checked out. Meanwhile, the timer was off on my dryer, it had been 15 minutes, it was not on when the owner approached me, however, he wasn't concerned about me, only concerned with charging me a cancellation fee. He left and after another 15 minutes and no stylist around, I finally knocked on the employee only door, to ask my stylist if my dryer was supposed to be on bc I had been sitting there for an additional 15 minutes for no reason. She said yeah it's timed to 15 minutes and I said yes, that went off 30 minutes ago. I've been sitting here for an additional 15 minutes. We proceeded to the shampoo area, then cut and dry. My hair never looked so bad! And bc my stylist and another were both drying clients hair at the same time, a fuse blew, and we had to wait to get power again. That has NEVER happened to me at any salon I have ever been to! The long and short of it is don't go there. Service is poor and owner has no clue how to ensure customer satisfaction. He was too concerned with charging me 13.00 for a cancellation fee than whether or not I was getting what I needed. He asked me if I wanted to book again- hell no! read more

RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! What should have threw a red flag was how rude they where when I arrived, I was 12 minutes late bc my gps took me to the parking lot beside theirs. I tried calling for directions but couldn't get anyone on the phone. I was told they may not could provide my service since I was over 10 minutes late. I showed the stylist a picture of platinum blonde, the stylist (Kelly McKnight) was reluctant to do a full foil and talked me into a partial foil in which she stayed on her phone through the foiling process. The toner she choose left a purple hue on the ends of my hair, I reached out to another stylist to see if she could acheive my desired results and received a text from the salon stating that they could no longer provide me with services. I have never asked for any service for free and always tip well even when I am not satisfied. That was just a very unprofessional way to go about a situation. Absolutely horrible!! I went in for a simple touch up on my highlights. The stylist literally dyed my hair PINK! To make it worse, I overheard her telling another stylist that she dyed my hair pink on purpose because she thought it was 'cool'. I told her I was not happy and she reluctantly dyed it again, this time it came out grey. I still wasn't happy but decided I was done. Until I got home and realized she FRIED my hair off my head. I was literally bald all around my ears and along my hairline. My hair was long and healthy before I went in there. I called and spoke to the owner, and they got me in the next day to try and fix my hair. I had another lady this time, she tried her best although I still wasn't happy with the end results. But she's no magician. The owner apologized but would only refund me half of my money, even though they pretty much ruined my hair. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a salon, by far!! read more
