I especially appreciated the accountability he took and the consistent communication he provided throughout the process. Based on this experience, I would definitely recommend Bath Pros NW. Duane earned my trust, and I have confidence that he genuinely cares about taking care of his customers. I cannot recommend this company due to their disrespectful communication and lack of transparency. During my initial call to request a glass door estimate, the representative made a highly inappropriate comment regarding my spouse needing to be present, and asked if I was "able to write a check." I moved forward with the appointment anyway, hoping for better service in person. Instead, she arrived today, stating they only do full shower systems and after I showed her the bathroom and reiterated what I was wanting done (the glass door at the least, and maybe an updated shower if it was in the budget). When I questioned why she scheduled the appointment knowing my exact needs, she became condescending and falsely claimed she had already told me this. I ultimately told her that I knew I should have canceled the appointment due to her initial unprofessionalism and that I was very unimpressed with how everything was handled. To boot, she intentionally called me by the wrong name on the way out the door. Wasted time, dishonest communication, and insulting customer service.

We just moved into a new house with hardwood maple floors that were only 6 years old, but severely…read moreabused by renters and never really installed properly. Also, the front hall closet had a loose piece of carpet over the sub-floor and looked horrible, so we wanted them to match and install the same wood floor in the closet so that it matched the living room. They were not the lowest bid, but came in somewhere in the middle. Since my husband is a contractor and knows prices fairly well, we thought it was a reasonable bid. But then they went over and above by locating and purchasing the extra wood for the hall closet and installing it without raising their original price. They sanded for 2 1/2 days working tirelessly during a bad heat wave we were having. They masked off the kitchen and other areas of the house so that we did not have to move out while they were working. Then they put 3 coats of Swedish finish on the floors over 2 days. Our floors looked perfect like they had just been installed brand new. We still can't believe how beautiful they look, especially since they were so messed up by the previous occupants and also not installed properly to begin with. These guys are experts at their craft and can turn a nightmare floor into a showcase floor in a matter of a few days. We highly recommend them!

I (stupidly and out of desperation) signed an agreement with them for $145/person/hour. Their agreement stated the fees were time and material (25% mark up on material) only. When I started receiving my daily invoices, they charged me for 3 drivers to deliver the material, they charged me for an additional worker that their own site supervisor told them not to send, and now they won't remove the debris from my home. I also have yet to see the time stamps for how they came up with their billable hours. How can you charge $145/person/hour and not give an accurate/detailed account of the hours? I happen to have a camera in my backyard and can see the coming and going. They also didn't have the material until halfway through the 2nd day and yet, I'm still charged for 3 guys to stand around and look at each other taking turns going up the ladder? The site team was really kind and knowledgeable but the company is PREDATORY with poor business practices. I've sent several emails and made phone calls with no resolution. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I have sent multiple emails--which the salesperson confirmed he received and "passed to his supervisor"--yet I have received zero follow-up. I have called the office numerous times, only to be met with the same generic "we'll let them know and they'll call you back" response. Nobody ever calls. After weeks of being ignored, I've been forced to file a dispute with my bank to recover my funds. Be very careful with your deposits here; their communication and integrity regarding refunds is non-existent.
