My…read moremother's brakes were grinding and after calling multiple shops with no answer, Danny (the owner) was the only one to call her back. He was able to got her in the very next morning. I can truly say they went above and beyond. He didn't price gouge for the sake of turning a profit, he charged a fair price. He put her safety above the price and gave us a fair deal. It is worth noting they do offer financing, which I thought was incredible because ultimately nothing is more important than one's safety and money shouldn't be a factor in stopping one from being able to have a vehicle which is safe. I really appreciated how Danny had her break pads and rotors out for us to see when we picked up her car. I don't know if they do this for every vehicle but they did it for my mom, they washed and vacuumed her car. It is little things like this which show they want to earn your business. I can say with certainty they earned my business and I will be returning for my own vehicles servicing. Thank you Danny and crew!

The installation process was extensive, taking a week and a half, and involved constant communication and progress updates. When I got the car back, the power gains were obvious from the start. I live in Arizona, so I had an opportunity to stress test the build driving east through the mountains in the extreme heat. I was grinning the whole time. The car runs great during hard runs and smoothly in idle and when driving conservatively most of the time. The reason I took it here was because of its reputation and I needed the tire pressure monitors looked at because the dash light came on. The first thing they did was a complete diagnostic of the car. What they found were bigger issues that I wasn't aware of. They also found some other issues that could've led to bigger issues later on. I'm so grateful for that! What I really appreciated was that they sent me proof of everything that was wrong. I didn't have to take their word for it. They are very honest here. When they found something wrong, they also communicated with me immediately. They made sure to explain everything clearly, that I didn't have any questions, and that I was comfortable with everything that they were doing. They didn't do any work without permission from me first. Every step of the way through the process of repairing my car was done with confidence and constant communication. When I got the car back from being fully repaired, and I was driving it back home, the first thing I noticed was how incredibly smooth it drove! It was like driving on glass! Even when it was new, I don't remember it driving this well! The engine was quieter too. I didn't even realize it was on except for the dashboard showing me that it was. I guess I got used to driving it with problems that I didn't realize existed. I love driving this car, but now I love it even more! It feels really good driving it! Normally, I handle her oil changes and tire rotations myself, but this called for a professional! I've been to plenty of auto shops in the area over the years, but none have ever impressed me with both honest service and reasonable pricing--until now! My daughter reminded me that her old dance studio used to be next to an auto repair shop, which I'd never really noticed before. So, I went online, quickly booked an appointment, and decided to give New Hub Auto Service a try. From the moment I walked in, I knew I made the right choice. Jason greeted me warmly, and I explained all the concerns we had with my daughter's car. I also mentioned I wanted the transmission fluid checked just to be thorough. Despite the fact that the shop was very busy, Jason assured me they'd get started on the car right away and have updates for me by the next day. But here's where they went above and beyond: just a few hours later, Jason called me with an update! He detailed everything they checked--he said they pulled all the tires, inspected the brakes, hoses, fluids, and even the tires--and guess what? Everything was absolutely fine! The brakes still had 70% on the pads, there were no alignment issues, and the car was totally road-ready. They even took it on the freeway to ensure everything drove smoothly! Let me tell you, an unethical shop could have easily taken advantage of this situation. They could have claimed the car needed new brake pads, an alignment, or unnecessary fluid changes. But not Jason, not New Hub Auto! Instead, they were completely honest and transparent every step of the way. I told him he had quoted me $30 and he said it was more welding than he thought and plus he was saving me hundreds from having to replace the catalytic converter, which wasn't true.
