We also asked originally to sub the rice in the Bento Box for noodles and offer to pay more. In the other chains, similar to this restaurant, they charge us a $2 upcharge fee to do so. They originally came back and told us they couldn't do it. Then we told them we would be happy to pay the $2 upcharge fee. They came back and told us they would have to charge us $5 more! Just to swap the rice for a little bit of noodles! Ridiculous! The Bento Box was already over $15 with the upcharge!
