Chicken teriyaki, egg drop soup, egg rolls $23
    Rob R.

Came in on a quiet evening after the gym. I was impressed with how quickly my food was out to me. They have egg drop soup for free. So I dished myself up. I could barely get into my first bites of the soup before my teriyaki was brought out to me. The bad. I did have a few bites of grizzle that I chewed on and it was a little light on the teriyaki sauce. Besides that, chicken was on point. Char pieces and good cuts of meat presented. The egg rolls were pretty standard to most places but the sauce seemed a little watered down. Egg drop soup was also on point. Done well and tasted great considering it was in a warming tub probably prepared earlier in the day. The salad was fresh and the dressing was spot on to the typical mayo based recipe out there. Delish! Establishment seemed clean and the prices were fair in my opinion. Chicken teriyaki with salad, egg rolls and a soda ran me 23 bucks. Plus I got the free soup. I'll definitely be returning as I come down regularly for work. Hope to not get anymore grisly pieces as that would be a real disappointment. Not typical from my teriyaki experiences in the past. If you haven't been. Give them a try. Great food. Fair prices and great service

First time checkout KC Teriyaki in Vancouver. Nice clean front establishment. So many options to try. I ordered the Teriyaki Bowl. It was plentiful of Chicken, rice, veggies and Cabbage. I also ordered a side of Gyzoa (aka pot stickers) you get 8 pieces. They were delicious, had slight crunch to the paper. Not so sure they were supposed to be crunchy. But flavor was good. I also ordered for my husband, the Combination Plate of Chicken and General Tao. The plate had plenty of rice and chicken. It also came with a Ginger Salad. Overall, flavors were delicious. The lady behind the counter was very nice and helpful, she was so kind to walk my order to me and not SHOUT out my name or number. Nice to be remembered . Go try KC Teriyaki on Mill Plain.

I ordered the chicken and beef combination plate and an order of Gyoza. The lady taking my order was very friendly and sweet. After I ordered she offered me a free bowl of egg drop soup. Super bomb food. Very nice people running the shop and a great place to take a lunch break. Will definitely be back!

Owners parking both their cars in customers spots all day!

The owners act like they own the front parking spots. There are many paying patrons that go to this strip mall that could use these spots. Especially the parents that drop their kids off at Mathnasium next door. Instead the kids have to walk across the busy street. Be respectful of others!

In a world full of Ichi and Joy Teriyakis, it's nice to visit a smaller outfit. With just mom and pop working here, it is truly an authentic experience. I got the chicken and beef combo and it was delicious. The ingredients were fresh and everything was cooked well. The chicken and beef were very moist and the sauce a nice sweet and tangy mix.

I don't usually do reviews too often other than sharing photos of what I ordered as I think photos truly add some reality to a rating in and of itself. I saying this, if you find I added a photo of something or even checked in at a particular place and did not write a negative review then you can assume from me that it was at least "acceptable" As for KC and this review, I am sharing because I have found this restaurant to be above average in both value, friendliness of service and quality of food. Definitely a restaurant worth trying.

My only minor gripe was that it leaned a touch salty but it didn't detract much from an otherwise really tasty bowl. It's on the spendier side but the portion size is generous enough that you'll leave satisfied. For the quality of the fish alone, I'd say it's worth it. I'd absolutely come back when the craving for solid Hawaiian food strikes.

They had one special menu and the manapua man noodles and gaugee caught my eye. That's like the perfect combo. But we skipped out on gaugee and got the manapua man noodles. Wish the options for the additions was one fried chicken but instead it was either pork belly or sweet sour chicken. Which isn't usually the kind of combo I would get. Especially if you label it manapua man noodles. The noodles tasted more like fried noodle / fried saimin style since it was cooked on a wok. I do miss the simplicity of a manapua noodle where you dress it with shoyu and sirracha. But these noodles weren't bad. They were super flavorful. Portion was huge! My husband said he could've gone without the pork belly. The pork belly was meh. The noodles tho, ono! I also went with the japolo chicken and kalbi combo, which is my go to. Kalbi is saucy and so flavorful! The chicken is nice and crispy. My only thing is that my plate was swimming in sauce. And when it touches the rice, it's a no for me. Wish had some buffer like cabbage to catch the sauce. Other than that, food is always ono here. Service is also friendly and the place is nice and clean with lots of seating!
