Then, I received no hot stones, I was cold the whole time and only after the massage was over did I see there was a heating pad on the bed the entire time that wasn't turned on. Additionally, the woman didn't speak much English and wasn't able to provide me appropriate change for a tip. I called the number I had made to make an appointment and requested a partial refund but was not given it. Terrible experience and misleading service.

I had gone here before and had a decent visit but my next trip was with another tech named Bethany. The tech I had before was no longer there. I reluctantly agreed to go forward with the appointment. First - She ran the callous pumice stone on top of my foot because she was distracted and scratched me so hard I bled. Very painful during the scrub. Then cut me on one of my fingers and had to use something to stop the bleeding. She did not wait for my nails to rehydrate after soak off before applying structure so the nails were still all curved. All nails were shaped differently. She did not fully remove the previous nail polish so you could see it on the side of the nails after they were done. My nails started feeling weird after a while so I decided to remove them and this is what they looked like. I have never in my life had this happen!. I am mortified and beyond upset! This is a direct result of improper methods and it will take months to get my nails back to normal.

The lady who took off my nails told me that that's exactly what MMA smells and needs to be worked like. I did not enjoy my massage very much. First of all, the receptionists were very pleasant and the overall ambiance of the spa was fine. The robes were actually very nice as well. The waiting room was ok (I did enjoy the flavored water). But it bothered me that it was co-ed (a man was sitting in the waiting room with a briefcase when I was waiting for my massage- he also had a robe on) and the pillows on the couch did not leave much room for sitting. The massage itself was WEAK! She was doing a lot of little circular motions on the surface of my skin rather than longer strokes or even hitting some of my muscles. I told her my shoulders were achey and could use more pressure/work and she did spend more time on them (but not really any additional pressure). I'm sure the skin by my shoulders has awesome circulation from the weird micro finger movements, but the muscles were not affected. Honestly, when I left, my back and shoulders were still sore. And I did not feel very relaxed. maybe one of the other massages are better, but i think i'll take my money elsewhere read more

I am a huge Massage Fan! I've been to H-Massage more than 10 times and I already had my free foot massage one time. I can say every massage therapy who works here do a great job. The manager Jeff is amazing massage therapy and has knowlegable mind. They takes wonderful care of their customers and try to make you comfortable all the time. There are 6 massage rooms and 6 chairs which is bigger than many other places. My experience is fantastic and I will definitely come back to this warm,friendly and professional place again! read more

I want to rate h-massage again(due to Yelp's deleting of my first review). I had the best massage treatment in h-massage. The environment is clean and quite--a really peacefull place to relax. Jeff has strong medical background and helped me a lot with my physical problems. I've been there for 3 times, and the pain in my neck is improving rapidly. Thanks a lot to Jeff!! btw, Yelp Sucks!!! Based on the great reviews I took my family in for a much needed foot massage . Service was exceptional, very mature and professionals and yet to mention extremely friendly . My service was very good and she made sure everything was at my liking at all times . Same was for my wife, and as for my 6yr old daughter which also had a full service and was basically goofing around . This place is not consistent with the quality of service. I went there last week for a foot massage and it was nothing short of awful. The staff were talking so loud you couldn't relax, they constantly kept turning on the lights. The towels were cold and the guy who massaged my feet did a horrible job. We will NEVER be back based on our recent experience. A friend of ours, who was also regular customer here since we told her about it, bought my husband a gift certificate for $100. It was a thank you gift for him for helping her move. Unfortunately, shortly after getting the gift, my husband had to head out of town to care for his mother (who is battling cancer). After spending most of that month caring for her, he returned home for a weekend and I tried to book an appointment for him using his gift certificate. The woman working there said that the gift certificate was only valid for 30 days (and 35 days had passed). I explained the situation my husband had been in, and that he had been unable to use the certificate until now. (What kind of business only gives 30 days to redeem a $100 gift certificate?!?) Anyway, the woman there did not care at all about the circumstances, maintaining that the gift certificate had "expired!!" and they had "new management!" (After 35 days? Ummm ok). I asked for the owner to call me to discuss this situation, but I never received a call. The name for this business is ironic. Yes, "they won" my friend's hard earned $100 and gave NOTHING in exchange for it, a mere 35 days later. My friend works as a nanny, and I'm sad that she lost her money to a business with such poor business practices. It would have cost them nothing to honor this gift certificate 35 days later. Instead, they have lost thousands of dollars of future revenue from us and from everyone we have warned away from this place. If this is how they treat their loyal customers, they won't be "winning" for long. I am giving two stars only because the massages here are decent. However, the people who run it are obviously not.

Before I could get my shoes off she was trying to come in the room even though she could clearly see through the crack in the door that I was still fully dressed. When she did come in to start the massage she didn't ask anything about my desired pressure amount just started lightly rubbing my back. Then she got the oil and started rubbing that on my back, legs, etc but wasn't actually giving me a massage. She stopped numerous times to ask if I liked it. The "massage" was about the equivalent of a girlfriend with no massage training giving her boyfriend a massage, it was that bad. After rubbing oil around on me for a while she wiped me off and I turned over. More rubbing of oil around. While on my back I noticed they had rails for back walking but the massage table wasn't even under them. I thought that maybe she was going to start the foot massage I had requested when I walked in but no, she rubbed her thumb up and down the bottom of each foot a couple of times as she continued her lame excuse for a massage. When she was done I checked the clock, less than 45 minutes had passed since I had set my phone down prior to the massage. Of course, she tried to come in again while I was getting dressed. She charged me for a full hour, I was ready to just leave at that point so I paid and left. Never again!
