H Mart is a popular Korean supermarket. Try to visit them early when they first open. The parking is available and fresh produce is available. Their hot prepared foods are usually just coming out of their kitchen after 9am. If you have to visit around the lunch hour, expect to circle the parking lot a few times before finding a space. Inside H Mart is a bakery, small food court, and some other assorted businesses.

This a fun outing. The store is big but it is well organized. We wish they had people who gave tours and could explain what most items are. Wouldn't that be fun.hood thing I watch TT because I know some of the items I would like to buy. Ramen is big in my household so we bought quite a few different kinds. We also purchased the corn flavored turtle chips and liked them. Next time the chocolate goes in the cart we purchased a drink and a few tasty items we enjoyed when we got home. Excited to go back and get more fun items to try. Maybe the corn ice creams and more of the light flavored cheesecakes. It was a fun experience for sure,

Coming to the store so much fun. From the minute you walk in and are taken through a housewares section before heading into produce, there's so many fun things to see. Who knew there was hello Kitty toilet paper? The store has pretty much anything you could possibly want when it comes to Asian groceries. The produce section is huge and has lots of things that you're not going to find at Fry's or Safeway or Walmart. There is a really large meat department as well as a fresh seafood department. I will say that this place is not cheap. I will only buy things here that I cannot find elsewhere because the prices are high in comparison. There are a few little shops as you come out of there check out. I really like the store called Art Box, which I shopped at when I was in Seoul. Lots of cute little gifts. There's a shop with makeup and skincare. There is also a store with little cute collectibles like Labubus and Sunny Angels, but it is very overpriced. I purchased a Monchichi hipper at Zia Records for $12.99, and the exact same one at this place was $26.99. Ouch!!!! If you are looking for an ingredient in your Asian cooking or even a houseware item, this is going to be your place. Beware, though, parking on the weekend day is impossible. Fortunately in the evening it is much better.

Automatically H-Mart gets a win because they were in stock with that famous ice cream that's all over Tik Tok. (See pics) we had a fun time browsing each aisle looking for cool items to buy. A few times we had to ask employees for help and they pretty much knew what we were talking about so they were able to quickly point us in the right direction. There was a food court with plenty of options to eat for dinner or lunch.

I thought I found my go to International Market & then I discovered H - Mart, oh my as soon as I entered I knew the search was over! This store has everything that you can imagine & beyond.....including the food court on the other side of the store that has such a variety to choose from, it could be a separate trip in itself! Like most international markets their produce department was quite large yet so well organized & everything was packaged very nicely. They had large varieties of a particular produce such as the peppers or mushrooms.....not just 2 or 3 to choose from but multiple to choose from! They also had a nice selection of tropical fruits that were very fresh, definitely grabbed my favorite lychees!! The meat & seafood department was very impressive as everything was well packaged with a large selection to choose from! Also everywhere that you looked there was a worker making sure the shelves were kept stocked because they were that busy! In the seafood section they had plenty of tanks for the live selection of lobsters, fish & crab... of course I couldn't leave without a lobster. The pantry aisles had plenty of stuff to choose from but being that we were there on a Sunday late morning it was starting to get quite busy!! We made our way to the international snack aisle & grabbed a couple of snacks before we headed towards check out. The check out lines were all moving quickly & they also all had baggers which was a bonus! Everyone @ this store was genuinely nice & it was extremely well kept.... very clean! Definitely found our go to international market & next time we'll be sure to try something in the food court even if we have to take it to go.... Can't wait to go back!

All my groceries tonight for $17! Sweet deal!

H Mart is one of the best Asian groceries out there. It specializes more in Korean groceries but do carry some pan Asian items. Normally, I go to 99 Ranch as it's closer to me and also they have Taiwanese ready made food, but tonight I was in the area, so I popped in to get some groceries. I came in around 8pm and asked the clerk what time they closed and she said 10pm. That's good to know for future reference. H Mart always has a great selection of fresh fruits and vegetables and I love checking out what's in season. I got some Persian cucumbers tonight as they are on sale and it's also so hot out, I can't seem to eat anything but "cool" items. I also picked up a few trays of tofu as they were on sale, but again, in this heat, I sometimes just have tofu with a tasty sauce I make for lunch or dinner to avoid turning on the stove at all. I also love that H Mart has a ready made food area and tonight I picked up some veggie and seafood pancakes. They have a special after 8pm where its buy one get one free! They, of course, also have a dedicated kimchi and banchan section and I got some marinated bean sprout tonight. They looked so yummy. I always enjoy coming to H Mart and buying comfort and familiar foods. I'll definitely be back soon again!

The food court here is seriously underrated. Portions are huge, prices are more than fair, and everything I've tried has been delicious. I usually swing by for groceries but always end up grabbing a bite -- the kimchi pancake, spicy tofu soup, and katsu are my go-tos. It's quick, flavorful, and feels like a hidden gem for a casual meal. Plenty of parking, easy to get in and out, and the place is always clean and well-run. Big fan.

This is the largest and best Asian grocery store in Arizona in my opinion. It's always very clean, well stocked and organized every time. Although I've been shopping here forever, It always takes me awhile to shop here because of the huge selection and it's so fun to peruse all the aisles. The produce department is phenomenal as everything is so fresh and prices cannot be beat. I always get Korean radish and Napa cabbage here to make my own kimchee. Of course they have so many different kimchee for purchase in addition to Korean side dishes and ready to eat food. They also have a huge sashimi section which is so convenient. It's impossible to list everything they have and if you're looking for something specific, they will more than likely have it. After shopping, I sometimes get lunch at the food court and pick up some pastries at the bakery. It's really a one stop shopping for any Asian foodies.

I consider this place to be one of the hidden gems of the valley. While it may not look the part on the outside, this grocery store pairs as an asian food court, where you will find some of the best asian cuisine you've ever had. You order your food, take your ticket, and once your order is announced, you go up to your respective counter and pick up your food. It is very traditional, but EXTREMELY worth it. I've been here a few times in my few years in Phoenix; I've ordered something different every single time. The food, service, and ambiance have never failed to impress me. If you love Asian food, you NEED to make a stop at H-Mart. PS: If you love ice cream, get yourself a fish cone!

What a cool experience! They have an excellent produce section. There were so many things to look at that I've never seen before. We were excited to be able to purchase many different Asian foods. The staff were so nice! The store was so clean as well. They have a really interesting seafood section as well. We had a great time here and are looking forward to coming again!

I absolutely love this grocery store. I would give the store 5 stars, but the parking lot is a huge issue for me. There are never enough parking spots. I circle around the lot 3-5 times before I can find a parking spot. One time I got so frustrated I left and went shopping at Mekong, even though it doesn't have a lot of the items I needed at Hmart. The grocery store itself is amazing. It has everything I need for any and all of my Korean and Vietnamese dishes. It also has a super cute food court. Everything I've had there have been delicious.

I just love H Mart. It's my absolute favorite place to go to for anything Asian. Yes, it's a little pricy compared to the other Asian grocery stores, but their selections and quality can't be beat. And it's always clean and organized. I love to come here for snacks and desserts.

H Mart is a great Asian market - well stocked with a solid variety of staples, as well as some harder to find items. I was on the hunt for Three Ladies jasmine rice, which we found on sale! We also got some fresh sushi ginger, tofu pockets for inari, vegan wonton wrappers, veggie potstickers, vegan tapioca pudding, Japanese wheat beer, and a few other items I'll remember after I hit "post." Everything was well organized and prices are clearly marked. There were several people working on the floor, stocking shelves and helping customers. Checkout was fast and easy too. The restaurants look interesting, but I'd need to do some further research to figure out which ones have the best vegan options. In general, I don't visit Asian markets much because the scent of seafood and me don't get along, at all. I definitely got a whiff of fishy smell when walking in, but it dissipated fairly quickly until I got to the back side of the place. As long as I stayed toward the front, I was fine. That means thumbs up for a return visit someday!

Not from what I could see. Everything is walk-in shopping, masked required.

We often use self check out, but do have normal check out lines available. As most grocery stores, there are only a few staff working at a given time, so the lines can get long and you do need to bag yourself, which honestly I prefer. They have a divider between customers, so two can be bagging at any given time and though it is suppose to be more efficient it can cause a back up depending on the situation. Still a great spot for grocery shopping!
