We only shop at H‑E‑B! This location is pretty busy and is barely different than the H‑E‑B Plus stores we've patronized. For a smaller store, they're well stocked and really, not much of a difference in what they carry. This particular location has a large electric vehicle charging station at the main entrance of the parking lot. Some of the H‑E‑B favorites we love to recommend are the freshly made southwest flour tortillas. I would love to hoard those because they are that delicious. Also the kale pepita salad and fresh made guacamole is worth trying.

I wish H-E-B would come to New York!! This place is such a great grocery store to find everything!! The prices are very reasonable, the staff are very helpful, and I love that they have tasting sections so customers can try out different items! I love how they have ready made sandwiches, shredded meat, dinner meals for all reasonable prices ! And their bakery goods are just as amazing with the brownies!! Most definitely a great stop shop to do your food shopping!

My all-time favorite grocery store. Good prices, clean and well-stocked, nice staff, and good selection of local items.

The deli messed up my Christmas dinner order, but they apologized and paid me back. Very pleased with the cleanliness and customer service!

Why doesn't HEB carry any frozen thin crust pizzas anymore? I've had to go to Kroger to buy them and do most of my shopping there now.

If I have one complaint, it's the aisles in the produce department, especially the first and the first left turn.

A friend invited me over for dinner and since I don't like arriving empty-handed, I stopped by Trader Joe's for some fresh flowers. A lady shopping for flowers struck conversation and I mentioned what today was for me. A tough day. I had moved on to the bread section and a gentleman came up to me, he was holding two orchids and asked me which one I liked better. I picked the purple one. I thought it was random and was happy to help. When I was finished checking out, the gentleman and another employee came up to me and handed me the orchid I had picked. It turns out that the lady I had talked to earlier had told my story to the two employees at the first checkout. It brought me to tears. What a thoughtful and kind thing to do. Thank you so much! Wish I would have gotten everyone's names.

I had an extremely poor curbside experience at this location…read more I placed a curbside order scheduled for pickup between 1-2 PM. At 9:00 AM, the app showed my order as "ready" and indicated that my organic whole milk had been substituted, but it did not list what the substitution was. I also realized I needed to add one more item, so I attempted to call the store. I called the store over 10 times throughout the morning and no one answered. Because the order showed as ready, I went to the store to pick it up. Upon arrival, I again called curbside -- no answer. I was forced to go inside, which defeats the entire purpose of curbside pickup. The store was nearly empty of customers. Several employees were standing around; one was eating. I spoke to a person who appeared to be a manager and explained that I had been calling all morning with no response. There was no apology or urgency. I was directed to another employee who appeared confused by the order. When I asked what my milk had been substituted with, I was told 2% milk, which made no sense given that I ordered whole milk. When I asked why it wasn't substituted with another whole milk, there was no explanation. I was then told that whole milk was out of stock. I personally went to the milk section and found the shelf fully stocked with whole milk. I brought it back and showed the employee. He said it "must have just been restocked," yet no one had bothered to check before making the substitution. I was then told that nothing could be changed or added to my order, and that if I wanted additional items I would need to place an entirely new order -- while standing in an almost empty store. At that point, I was told I could place another order and the employee could shop it, which completely defeats the purpose of curbside pickup. I paid over $140 for a small order, received incorrect substitutions, could not reach anyone by phone, had to walk into the store anyway, and still could not get basic service or flexibility. For the prices Sprouts charges, this level of disorganization, poor communication, and lack of basic customer service is unacceptable. I will not be shopping at Sprouts again.

What I don't see from Spouts anymore, or any Sprouts are the self serve hot soups. When it comes to produce and veggies, these cost a little more or sometimes the same price as HEB. My person reached out and could not use it. Went to the store and was told they can't help and call this number. Over 2 hours on hold back and forth only to be told to back to the store. I had all my receipts, the card and emails from Kroger corporate and the gift card company - black hawk network. At first Derek said they couldn't help. But after reading the emails and making a few phone calls, he made it right. I am so happy because I would have been out of 200.00 as I had replaced the gift card to the recipient. Thank you Derek for helping me. Long story short, lots of scams out there on gift cards but be persistent to get the resolution you deserve. Also check the gift card packaging carefully.

Awhile back I bought a package of pork chops. When I opened it up at home the top chop was nice, but underneath the other five pieces were not even chops. Four were 'kind of' pork steaks but mostly bone. The last one was all bone with a fringe of pork around it. Lesson learned; for pork chops I go to HEB. In the meat case my Kroger used to carry Nolan Ryan prime ribeye, they don't now, so now I buy steaks at HEB. Last straw. I bought a Heritage Farm whole chicken at Kroger because my granddaughter wanted beer can chicken for Christmas dinner. I opened the package to brine the chicken tonight, Christmas Eve, and the chicken was sliced stem to stern down one side exposing one side of the breast and the leg quarter flapping loose. If you have ever done beer can chicken you will understand the problem. It's Christmas Eve!! Have to go with it, maybe I'll try to sew the skin back together?? Lesson learned, I don't buy meat at Kroger.
