By 0800, the gear was unloaded and the team was in full-on work mode. I do a lot of DIY jobs with crews. After a half hour, a huge worry burden was lifted off my shoulders. This has never happened to me before. I had a very large brick wall repair job. Luis and his team were a well-oiled machine. Each knew their job (all experts), and the work hummed along--busy, busy, busy. Literally no screwing around or fun time. I was unconditionally amazed and thankful. The job was completed earlier than expected, and not only were no shortcuts taken, they did more than we agreed upon. All debris was picked up and put in the trash. The area was washed down. The cleanup job was impeccable. You would have never known they were there, except for the beautiful work they left behind. Lastly, I took five bids. This company was not the cheapest, but it was far from the most expensive. I cash-tipped each worker for a job well done--impeccable. I was so impressed with Medina's Masonry that I'm having the team redo my driveway next weekend. Seriously, do not look elsewhere. For real. Use them and thank me later.

They broke out the old concrete, added soil, gravel, compacted it and reinforced with rebar, that was tied into my existing concrete, Its level, stable and not going anywhere. The quality of work was top notch. They throughly cleaned up after the job. Communication with Ana was great. Replies to questions and for documentation were very prompt. Kept me updated throughout. The porch, walkway, and side steps had wrought iron posts and pink tile that besides being hideous were slippery. Our driveway is enormous and had big cracks and no drainage, and water would pool towards our house when it would rain. Additionally, any crevice the previous owner could pour concrete into he did. This is a long-winded way of saying, this was a big project. While Neighborhood Builders wasn't the cheapest quote, we wanted experts that were going to do the job right, and that is Anthony and his team. Anthony got the quote to me quick. We had a lot of companies come out and most don't even bother to send a quote. This project became a pretty epic because of issues that could not have been foreseen. Anthony and his team tackled each problem with expertise, were upfront, and were able to solve them for us. Since Anthony is a general contractor, he was able to resolve all the problems we encountered. In addition to the concrete work, they put new siding in the front. They also were able to do some electrical work and installed outdoor plugs, a light, and doorbell. The concrete walkway, porch, and driveway are beautiful and functional. This was tested when we just had that 200 year storm (in October 2021). All the drainage worked perfectly, and we had no water pooling. Our house is completely transformed. I love it so much!
