The…read morebuilding inspector of Citrus Heights saw it and gave me a violation to get the necessary permits. I called Brian and he said he didn't think it need a permit. He turned in the prints for it but when it came to pick up the final permit and get it inspected he gave me excuses of "I'm too busy" "I'm out of town" "I'm out of the country." Anybody with a contractor's license knows if you mount to an existing building you need permits. I paid for the permit ($534) setup the final inspection myself. BEWARE OF THIS GUY !!!!!
