After 4 tries of getting our 5 year old Four Seasons sunroom roof leak fixed, Mike was finally able…read moreto identify and fix the problem. We just had one seam that leaked since the sunroom was first installed and the builder was unable to remedy the leak. Mike came out the same day I called (while it was raining) and hopped up on the roof to see what the problem was. He said he suspected what it was, but the roof would need to be dry to fix it properly. I texted him back when the weather was better and he came out within a day and sent us a bunch of photos of the problem once he could get the flashing pulled back. His suspicions were exactly correct and he fixed it up. He recommended a preventative fix to avoid the same thing happening on the rest of the roof and quoted a very reasonable price. Mike was great with friendly communication, promptness and great prices.

I'm sure they'll get the job done. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I honestly don't know what they actually cleaned, because the place still looked dirty afterward. I had to go back and clean it myself. Dust and debris were still along the edges, nothing was dusted, the kitchen cabinets still had stains, and the floors didn't feel clean at all. I even took photos to prove it. When I reached out to share my concerns, their response was, "We mopped twice and there were pets in the house." What does that have to do with anything? Pets don't excuse poor service. The fact is, they did not do their job, period. Save your money and look elsewhere.

We just had a fantastic experience with Avi and his team on a refresh of our small upstairs…read morebathroom. From the start, Avi was committed to making us happy and delivering high-quality work. It was our first experience with a renovation or remodel of any kind, so Avi's patience and help in walking us through everything was appreciated. Aside from our home purchase, it was our biggest investment to date, so we also appreciated his transparency in pricing and scope expectations. His crew was equally helpful, respectful of our home, and detail-oriented. I especially loved working with the plumbing team couple, but absolutely everyone was kind, doing their best, and happy to complete fixes and answer our questions. Ultimately, the project was completed on schedule and stayed within budget. The final result looks great, I finally trust the plumbing and electrical lurking within the walls, and I would absolutely recommend AE Construction and Remodeling to anyone looking for a refreshed space.

The project was completed much faster than I expected, and the quality exceeded every expectation. As a designer, I'm very detail-oriented (and admittedly a bit picky), so I was worried about whether the finish work would truly meet my standards. But the result was honestly beyond perfect. Every detail was done beautifully. During a remodel, if a contractor doesn't communicate well or share the same vision, the whole process can feel uncomfortable -- but that was never the case with AE. Their communication was excellent, and the crew was incredibly respectful and accommodating. Whenever I asked for an adjustment or wanted to refine a specific detail, they took care of it exactly the way I hoped. Even some parts my husband thought would be too difficult to fix or work on -- they still made it happen. They handled everything with responsibility, professionalism, and real pride in their work until I was completely happy with the final result. We still have other parts of our home we plan to renovate, and we truly feel lucky and grateful that we found AE Construction & Remodel. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

There is no way on God's green earth that I would ever again in this lifetime or any other lifetime…read morehire this company ever ever again. They could be holding a loved one for ransom and I wouldn't do it. I set the appointment WEEKS in advance for 11am move-in cleaning. 12pm rolls around, still no cleaners. I call the office and the woman tell me that they are running behind on a job and won't arrive until later. I HAD TO CALL THEM to find this out. I ask "how much later?" The woman says 3:30-4pm. That's not even within reasonable guidelines, and again..I HAD TO CALL THEM to find this out. How long were they going to let us wait before they told us 3:30-4pm. Anyway they didn't even show up until 4:30. It was one guy. No helper no nothing. I was told on the phone there would be two people. Whatever, my husband was there and did the walk through with them for them to assess what they would be cleaning and pointing out what would be cleaned. Let me tell you that this job wasn't completed until after midnight and I cannot tell you wth they did because it sure as heck wasn't the windows. The house is only 1100 square feet. 2 bedrooms and we didn't even want them to vacuum the rooms because the carpet is new. Anyway they gave us a discount for showing up late, great right? Yeah ok, until we go back to look at the property the next day because we have a one year old and can't load him in the car at midnight to go look at the house. Here's what you need to know. THEY DON'T DO THE TOP OF THE WINDOWS. According to Art or Artie they do the sills, and he told me to look the word up in the dictionary (RUDE) but whatever let's keep going lol. Today (08/15/20) Artie calls and we have the mother of all conversations. He tells me that eventually the wife and daughter show up to help and it took them over 12 hours to clean and wants $405 for the job. He then goes on to insult the house by saying "You can't turn a frog into a prince" I thought it was funny because I feel like if I cleaned something for 12 hours, it would certainly not be complained about. I would also like to add that he told my husband that they had not eaten and would need to stop to get dinner, which is fine of course, but NONE of that would have taken place had you showed up when you were supposed to or rescheduled. This all goes hand in hand with the level of professionalism 1. They showed up with no walk through paperwork. No checklist, nothing that would identify the company. Once he walked through the house he should have determined that it was "Too dirty" and not taken the job. But he took the job knowing the task. Had he had a walk-through checklist he would have also been able to point out that he wasn't going to wipe the top of the windows or clean the inside of drawers 2. If you have inconvenienced your customer in such a way that their schedule was extremely compromised (I missed my furniture pick-up waiting for these people) you would think that they could (at the very least) have done the complete windows. *******Update******I have spoken to Art again and we have come to an agreement. He's not a bad guy, just trying to make a living as an independent contractor for a company that is apparently owned by an unprofessional moron.
