I'm talking over an inch in the front. But I could only notice it when I got home and pulled my hair back into a ponytail. AND, all of the highlights are different shades. She SWORE there'd be no orange color in my hair. Yikes! The whole top was filled with awful orange highlights.The back? Super light highlights. None of them are evenly distributed and some of them are wide strips. I've never had a worse dye job and in 52 I think my NON-stylist sister could've done it better. So now I'm out $240 and it's absolutely AWFUL and I'm so embarrassed. I have events coming up and I don't even want to go to any of them. Sorry, but no one should go to Jes. Six months after having the sandals the leather cover came off the buckle. I've worn them 4-5 times (a cover) is a defect to me it couldn't have been made as well as they thought for it to pop off. I went into Neiman Marcus and the manager Guiliana sent them out for repair informing me there will be a charge. I received a text a week later and called 1-800 I was informed "they will have to change both sides so it will match and it will be approx. $95 that's an estimate." I replied and informed them to send my sandals back. I will NEVER buy anything from Neiman Marcus nor Christian Louboutin again. *** Coach bags/shoes are a third of what I paid, and they stand behind their products you have a year warranty. Some departments over-achieve with options while others lack even basic necessities. For instance, you can decorate your home but you'll have a hard time building or repairing anything if you rely solely on Target. NORDSTROM RACK From…read morethe scattered reviews I read, I decided to stop at Nordstrom Rack. I was only three miles from their Brandon store and in need of a few men's shirts and dress pants. I was aware that Nordstrom Rack is the off-price retail division of the luxury department store chain, Nordstrom. I went there not expecting Walmart or other merchants prices. I found the men's shirts and pants racks and found several items that were the color and size I was looking for. A shirt that listed at $198.98 was on sale reduced 68% to a mere $74.96. It was a regular long sleeve shirt by Polo, Ralph Lauren. With all due respect to India where the shirt was made, I wondered what costly threads were used to make such a pricey shirt. The same was true of the pants and several other items. Mind you that these items in the off price store were on yet another discounted clearance rack in the store. Nordstrom may want to rethink their sales techniques at their chain of stores before people start realizing it's not a really an off price store.

I had to return some things I bought online at "Aerie". I wanted to exchange them for a different…read moresize. Aerie couldn't let me return my items at this particular store. FYI, Aerie is the sister store to American Eagle Outfitters. I was told I had to return them to American Eagle Outfitters instead, it being Aerie's store policy. Their website is for both Aerie and American Eagle Outfitters stores, so I'm not sure this is convenient for the consumer to have to return items at a different store. Off to American Eagle, where the manager was having register troubles. I was using a credit card. The manager kept getting a reading "DECLINED". Funny that the register "Declined" to give me a refund. LOLZ. The poor guy apologized profusely, all the while trying to fix it. Then he phoned Corporate to ask them what to do to fix his register so it could work properly. What Corporate told him to do didn't work! He told me this has been happening on his registers for 3 days and Corporate is not interested in helping him. He wasn't happy about it and kept apologizing for taking so much of my time. I said it was okay! Finally, the manager ended up getting frustrated and gave me cash instead of crediting my Card.
