I get that business are steering away from paper receipts but man the system didn't print my receipt and what an ordeal it was to get my paper copy. I waited for over 15 mins after completing the return just to get a receipt. They seriously need to update whatever systems they use because why can't the employees just hit reprint is beyond me?! The manager had to go to the back and pull it up in order to give me the copy and I like I said I waited and waited spent my entire lunch break to do a return that shouldn't have taken longer than 5 mins max. Also 10 cents for a bag is ridiculous when I'm buying clothes - do better H&M!!!

My youngest came to visit from Raleigh a week ago and, in helping him with his laundry, I saw everything he wore was Harbor Bay. I HAD to look it up and discovered they were sold by DXL....the same company as purchases of the past. I jumped at buying him a gift card for his upcoming birthday knowing how he felt about the Harbor Bay line. I called the store at Citrus Park and Joe Puglia answered the phone. He could tell how excited Mama was with her find and that he had one "Happy Birthday" gift card left and he would hold it for me. I flew down there...no, didn't speed...and was so impressed by what I saw when I walked in....the same inviting atmosphere as in the past and Joe waiting for me with a big smile and my card. Located at the Citrus Park Mall, Torrid was easy to locate from the northside entrance by Dick's. I picked up for my wife a couple of nice dresses she saw and some other items. Overall the experience was quite nice, being I've never set foot in a Torrid before. The sales associates were very friendly. We found what we needed for the weekend, and all was right in the universe.
