Different ownership, I know. I was greeted shortly after entering and making my way over to the ornaments. The staff member that was helping me was extremely friendly but must have been newer because she didn't have immediate answers to my questions (one looking for a specific ornament they didn't have & another about an ornament I had in my hand.) I understand everyone has a learning and training period but please don't make up an answer only to finally ask your coworker after I begin questioning your initial answer. Hallmark always has tons of fun trinkets to browse through but at Christmastime it's all about the ornaments, baby! I don't want to bring their rating down, but at the same time i did not make any purchases because i just found the prices obnoxious. Considering most of the furniture is old/used/re-purposed, the prices they're asking are retail for brand-new stuff. I get that people put their hard work and energy into fixing stuff up, but there has to be a balance. Overall, it really is an ADORABLE shop. It's decently sized and there's plenty to see. In fact, I'm guessing you probably miss seeing half the stuff because there's SO much! You could almost walk through each section twice just to be sure you saw everything! If I were in the area I would stop by again and see if I found anything I loved. Definitely check it out for yourself, and make your own opinion. You may just find something amazing.
