When walking up there is a clearance rack outside and plenty of plants that draw your attention! The range and selection is vast, and makes me want to buy them all!! When you go inside you're instantly taken into a retro, vibrant, vintage, modern style shop! You're immediately greeted by the store attendant, with kindness and good entire. Different ownership, I know. I was greeted shortly after entering and making my way over to the ornaments. The staff member that was helping me was extremely friendly but must have been newer because she didn't have immediate answers to my questions (one looking for a specific ornament they didn't have & another about an ornament I had in my hand.) I understand everyone has a learning and training period but please don't make up an answer only to finally ask your coworker after I begin questioning your initial answer. Hallmark always has tons of fun trinkets to browse through but at Christmastime it's all about the ornaments, baby! And unfortunately this store did not impress so I'll stick to the one in the mall even though I avoid the mall like the plague this time of year!
