Alright guys, here we go with another episode of Just How Life Goes--and today it was time for a…read morehaircut First things first, you already know I had to put that Montblanc on because self-care days require you to smell good too Then I stepped in to try something new... a new barber. Now listen, when it comes to my hair, I don't just let anybody touch it. So yes, I was a little nervous. But let me tell y'all about Sully the Barber. I met her through Tampa Bay Women's Inferno, and once I actually looked into her work, I realized she is that girl. Years in the game, awards, her own haircare line--I said yeah, let's do this. I went in thinking we were just shaping up the afro, and she said "let me give you the full experience." Baby... she did not disappoint. I told her, "you got free will--just make me feel as good as I try to make everybody else feel." And when I say she delivered?? Look at these curls. Look at this shape. The V in the back?? The definition?? I'm beyond pleased. She really took her time and brought my vision to life without me even having to explain it all the way. This wasn't just a haircut. This was confidence. This was self-love. This was me stepping back into myself and feeling good doing it. Tell me I don't look good This is just how life goes.

Their bathrooms are so family friendly with a chilling out area for kids and so many cool kids play areas. It's such a nostalgic mall like when I was growing up. I love this mall. Only downside is the food court doesn't have a lot of options but the choices are still good. I love coming here though and will continue to! Get your family down to Citrus Park mall! It's so big and has everything for everyone!

Staff is typically helpful and friendly and their stores are clean. Even my daughter loves going to Targee! Be sure you download the app and use the cartwheel coupons. Nice savings on lots of items. Get the card and save 5% on purchases all the time, even gift cards. Always great selections for toys and love their dollar section (well more like $1-5 now).

Inside is squeaky clean and comfortably spacious. For the most part it's so quiet it's actually relaxing. The occasional screaming child is inevitable at any department store but the size makes it easy to escape public annoyances. The grocery section is a decent size with a mix of basic necessities with Target's Simply Balanced brand. Food is priced fairly but lacking the BOGO's we've been spoiled by Publix with. Target was never my first choice for clothing but my eyes seem to catch cute threads more often. Adorable swimwear for cheap! I was surprised to find so many options before summer started this year. Some departments over-achieve with options while others lack even basic necessities. For instance, you can decorate your home but you'll have a hard time building or repairing anything if you rely solely on Target. Neighbors such as ABC, Michaels, and Petsmart make for a useful shopping plaza. The huge parking lot is clean and well-kept, with a few different ways in and out. Target offers rockstar parking spaces for to-go orders, as well as two convenient main entrances.

The store is clean and is basically divided into halves with men's clothes/items one side and women's clothes on the other with shoes, bedding towards the rear. I have visited this branch more often with my mom since the one in Tampa Palms City Plaza closed down. Since I am a single heterosexual man, I can not clam to be a clothing maestro. However, they have a wide selection of brand names and regular brands and many of the items look nice and are in good condition compared to Ross which always looks like a Category 3 hurricane swept through there. Last Christmas, my cousin from Canada came with me and she was awestruck by the prices and quality. They have those "MK- (Mortal Kombat purses) for prices in the $175-200 range.I believe those are usually in the $250 range. While the men's section does have a good range of products, they don't get me excited as much as items from JC Penney and Kohl's. So I usually find a spot to kill time while others shop. The lines are very long sometimes on weekends, but the cashiers are usually nice. If you want to open a Stein Mart card, the application is long and they send you a plethora of emails. FYI. If you're a woman, increase the rating to 4/5.
