I have shopped at WHBM for years because of their stylish, quality clothing and their great…read morecustomer service. This used to be my favorite store. Until today. This evening was not a good experience and I was very disappointed. Upon entering the Coconut Point store in Estero Florida, I was not greeted even though there were no other customers in the store. There were two women working there. One appeared to be texting on her phone. In the past, when I picked out clothing, the sales associate would put them in a fitting room with my name on it. Not today. I carried all the clothes around the store until I was ready to try them on. In the past, the sales people would check on me and offer to find things in different sizes or offer suggestions on what accessories would go with the clothes. Not today. My husband went out and found things in different sizes for me, while the sales people watched him, or texted. When I was ready to purchase, my husband asked if we could get some customer service for a change. One woman ignored us and the other responded that she didn't know we needed any customer service. I guess it's not in her job description to ask if we needed any help. Then she proceeded to ring up the merchandise. She was pleasant enough, but I would have received more help at Macy's. Their service has gone downhill and I'm not a happy customer. I'm giving two stars because the clothes are still nice, but their customer service is more than lacking.

Are they pivoting in what they offer? I mean it felt like the beauty section was taking over about half of the store. I did browse the clothing real quick but wasn't really feeling it. I made my way back out into the mall and continued my day. No LP for me.

But, funny enough, my daughter really liked some of their clothing too. I liked their accessories. They had cute plush pillow animals, pretty purses, and some cups with cute sayings. It is a large store, but the dressing rooms were small and cramped. I was not impressed by the quality of the clothing. It is definitely,one season wear and you are done. I will say they were very trendy and stylish. My granddaughters got some tops and a purse. There were only a few salespeople, so you were pretty much on your own. The store was well stocked.

Avoid This Place Unless You Like Headaches…read more I placed a large online order and went in-store to return a few items and exchange one. I figured it would be a quick and simple process. Nope. I told the sales associate it was my first time doing a return in-store. She proceeds with the exchange and return, reads my credit card details back to me, and hands me a receipt -- so I assume the refund is going back to my card. Wrong. When I leave and check my account, I see it's been credited to store credit instead. I call the store and speak to the same associate. She admits the mistake but tells me to call customer service to get it fixed. So I do...only to be met with a 4-hour hold time. I call the store back, ask for a manager, and she hits me with the "there's nothing I can do" script. Eventually, she agrees to call customer service herself and follow up with me -- but warns me it might take a while because it's a holiday. Really? Let me be clear: the store made the mistake, acknowledged it, and still tried to pass the burden off on me to fix it. That's not customer service, that's laziness. On top of all that, the associate was chatting about not hitting her commission goals while helping me -- which, honestly, wasn't shocking after seeing how careless and unprofessional she was. I'm done with Fabletics. If this is how you treat paying customers, I'll take my business somewhere that actually respects my time and money.

I really liked how their advertising pictures displayed how the Lululemon product could be worn for all shapes and sizes. I also was surprised that not all of the outfits were skin tight. Those days have passed me by. lol. : ) I was asked if I needed any help right away, so service was good. The price point is on the higher side. But, I understand that their clothing wears like iron.
