This location is a great one that usually has all of their sizes and variety available. Their service is not always exemplary which is why they get a 4 star. The H&M here is humungas. The clothes here are pretty nice, and they have a big variety. I remember the first time I came here I was kinda tripped out by the sizing because I wasn't use to it o_o It took me awhile to figure it out, I was like a 4/6 .. made me feel phat. I think the thing with stores like H&M and F21 are that their clothes often times are too poorly made and expensive for the poor quality. You could buy a jacket for about $20 and the next week have the thread start coming out and shizz, and left with all these buttons flying eerywhere and holes popping outta nowhere. Sometimes the prices here are pretty ridiculous too, they go up to about $100 sometimes.... nahhh. If you were spending that much money, you might as well get a better brand with stronger/nicer quality. H&M has their ups and downs. Sometimes you get really good clothes for a fair pricing. AND their clothes are a wee bit better than F21. I think their customer service COULD be better doe. It's not too shabby of a store considering that they do have a large selection of clothes. The downside of this place is the confusing store layout. Though there is a women's side, there are in fact 2. I somehow managed to walk from what I thought was the women's area to the men's only to find myself walking through the children's and end up in a second women's area. The sales in this particular store are of no means like the other H&Ms that I've been to (aka South Coast Plaza). Unfortunately, there are a lot of children who run around in this store primarily because of the location that it is at. I must say though, I do like their accessories section more than other H&M stores. read more

This store is horrible! Costumer service is next to nothing. The clothes looks good and all till you wash it! This is only good for one time use, a few at the most before it starts to rip. I come to this store all the time, sucks to say the service is horrible. Her name was Laurie she was really rude and unprofessional. I took a shirt I didn't wear for a return it was kept in the bag for more than a week. she asked me if I had wore the item. I said 'NO' I wouldn't be returning it and she was like 'are you sure' with her big ass eyes as if I was lying and not only that but she gave me attitude throughout the whole transaction. Not sure H&M needs a positive review from me, but hell, I love the place. First off GREAT SELECTION at this location. No shortage of fashionable dress to choose from, and everything advertised on their website was in stock. Hard to pull off, I'd know having worked in retail. Very good job. As usual, prices were fantastic, I essentially got 4 pairs of jeans, 2 button ups, and pair of sweats for around $190. Good luck with that at other retail establishments. My only thing with H&M is that their staff could be a little more attentive, HOWEVER, I am willing to acknowledge that my way of thinking is due to my having worked for GAP Inc. previously, and you pretty much don't walk out of their stores without a new friend. Still, the staff was very friendly at checkout. Anyway, the overall experience was excellent! I will most definitely be making my way back to this location in the near future. This H&M is located inside the Outlets at Orange. I accompanied my friend in here because it was too hot outside. It has a lot of clothing selections, both men's and women's. They also have hats, which were all black, so I didn't get one because it would just cook my head. It has two entrances. One of them has a Poké Stop in front of it. If you stand close enough to one of them you can touch the Poké Stop repeatedly so you are not bored waiting for the person you are paying for. I can probably state that it was a blessing due to the long lines we encountered. There was probably as large a crowd as lines at Disneyland for both the fitting room and the checkout. The fitting room was 8 people long. There were 3 cashiers for the checkout and it seemed like the line got even longer after we left, extending even past the maximum partition area that they had designated. read more

So maybe it was just the day I had gone? I mean people have bad days, I get that. But be professional in a work environment. That's all I ask... girl in orange today freaking killed it, the line was chaotic and i have sympathy for the workers but she literally got everyone in her line through so quick. i was in the line next to hers with the blue hair guy and wow i think she got through 20 customers by the time i got up. she's a queen. she deserves a raise or something. or maybe recognition. or maybe we can try to better pick the cashiers that have the most initiative and speed, only because these corona times are causing stores to be hectic. read more

Possibly my favorite store to shop at in Orange! They have a great selection, form casual clothes to suits/ties. The main reason people like stores like this though, is because of the low prices, which is actually a curse in disguise. If you're buying a leather jacket, buy one from a high-end retailer, NOT here. You can't expect to pay $50 for it and think it's a reasonable cost........because it isn't. I had a different employee at a store in Main Place Mall check a suit for me but when I got to the store they gave me the wrong suit . I drove around to 3 different store looking that day, so I went the next day to the store at the block at Orange Outlets and they had the suit! I explained to Jason what happened and Jason was super cool and help me out by honoring the discount . He saved ME a ton of time and driving. And gave me how hassle. Thank you! My experience from this location was definitely super disappointing. Whenever I visit an H&M store, staff attitude is something I often look forward to and this location did not meet my expectations. I was assisted by an employee for a return that I had purchased online, and my intention was to return a few items and have some to be price adjusted. A "supervisor" -- or "department manager" is what she called it -- named Misa was standing next to the cashier that was helping me out and Misa had little to no understanding as to what I wanted to accomplish during my visit. Her tone was condescending, had an attitude, and was unwilling to help. I feel that her role for this company did not meet customer expectations; simply her inability and unwillingness to do a price adjustment and be unwilling to understand my intention for my visit. I will be filing a formal complaint for this issue and I do hope to get a response from the store manager. read more

Dinging it one star because it took over the home of basically the only store I liked at the block -- Hilo Hattie. Dinging it another star because it's at The Block. Other than that, it's nothing special. The last time I went here, they had a live deejay. I found that to be rather annoying, but to each her own. There is space to walk around, which is nice. There are other locations where you feel like you're trapped in a sardine can. The clothes are trendy and affordable. I really can't hate on H&M. The nice thing is even if you're not a size 00.01, you can find something that fits... even if it is 1000x larger than the smallest size. read more

Excellent sale selection!!! One of the only stores with an entire room dedicated to sale section. Officially considered a super sale location. Constantly changing the outlook of the store to make it look nice, and a decent amount of selection. When I walked into this store last week to make some returns, I had ZERO intention of coming back EVER again--but one woman changed my mind. The week before was my first time shopping at this particular location and was, well--pretty horrible. I came in about thirty minutes before closing, the store still of customers who--just like me--had no idea that the store was closing within the hour. Despite the amount of customers within, at 8(close) the lights were dimmed, the dressing rooms closed off, and polite customers rudely turned away by the associates working them. I've worked retail, so I understand that busy days are stressful and some customers can be a huge pain. You should always make the effort to be courteous and level-headed to those unkind customers and you most DEFINITELY NEED to make an effort to be kind and informative--not rude--to those customers who are polite and confused. Back to my experience last week, returning my items. I walk in already irritated because of my prior experience and this irritation is amplified when I see the line is almost to the door. I finally make it up to the counter and am greeted by Angelique (I believe that was her name). Even though I was returning 80% of what I had bought the week before, she talked to me about my returns with a smile. When she found out I had been there the week before at closing, without me even mentioning the poor experience, she asked if I was there when the lights were turned down and apologized for what had happened, assuring me she was doing what she could to ensure it didn't happen again. I told her about what I had seen in the fitting rooms and she also apologized for that behavior, telling me I should feel free to give her the names of those people if I knew them or if it ever happened again. She made me feel like she was on my side--an advocate for the customer. THIS IS WHAT EVERY ASSOCIATE'S JOB IS. Thank you, Angelique! To begin with, as a person working in the customer service industry, you should never EVER scream at the clients. Oh my gosh! If I could give 0 stars I would. I was there a couple nights ago and this really rude lady was so lazy and looked so irritated that I asked her to help me find a size. She kept pointing in the area I should look, and was talking to this other worker the whole time, acting like I was bothering her from what she wanted to do (obviously not work). I asked another employee what her name was, and he said it was Melissa. Anyway, this was the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. Oh and by the way, I over heard her and her coworkers conversation mocking another shopper in the store. This store is pretty huge, the aisle may get a bit messy, esp the clearance section. The shoes also, they ussually run out of sizes, and also, when i went looking for boots, there were some boots who's pair is missing. Since i have a hard time looking for my shoe size, and when i finally found one that fits me, no luck with the pair cause it was missing. the prices are really great, i love shopping here cause they got a lot of good finds, they cld work on the floor tho which gets really messy and also with customer service, sometimes they sound like robots in the counter. read more

Not a bad h&m but not a great one either, but they do have more of an assortment of sizes compared to the newly opened one in Long Beach. My only main complaint about this store is that I called for an item check and after being put on hold and handed around for about fifteen minutes I was told the item was not in the store.... I coincidentally happened to be in the area later that day and decided to check out the store and what do I find?! The item that I wanted in the size that I wanted... LAME.
