There is not much of a review to write for a clothing store, but all I can say is that I shop at H&M all the time. This is my favorite clothing store, but this was the first time I visited this location. I went at 7:00pm on a thursdsy night, and to my surprise there was a very long line, and the staff did not really seem to care what so ever. They line you up in a random order, and if you happen to get put behind a long transaction, you are out of luck. They will make no effort to move you, even when people that came after you are getting helped before you. I should not judge based on one experience.. I still love H&M, and I would definatily go back to this location because it is very convenient, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time. My friends and I came in around closing time because we actually thought they closed later and were rudely yelled at by one of the guy employees. He told us that we need to "get out" because they were closing. Like I understand y'all were closing but you could have said it way nicer. I like H&M....you can very basic, good quality items for a good price. I came here looking for some long sleeves, found exactly what I needed. The had the line very well coordinated and they all the registers working. It's very hard to review a clothing store. The clothes are nice and at good prices. However, the service was terrible! I honest wish I could give negative stars. I understand they were very busy, but there should be no reason to ever be rude to a customer. I bought a lot of merchandise and the cashier (don't know her name but my receipt says cashier 052330) roughly stuffed everything into a small bag. I asked if I could have another bag to separate it. (I had done 2 different transactions since my sister stepped out.) She rolled her eyes and said "Look, we're not even supposed to give out bags." I stood there shocked at her attitude. Especially since it wasn't a difficult request! The worst part was... She THREW my 2 bags of merchandise at me and then called the next customer!!!!!!!! No matter how stressful or busy a place is, there is never an excuse to throw something at a customer. I'm absolutely shocked. They were too busy for me to find the manager. I called the store and no answer. I hate to say it, but this girl needs to learn manners and honestly shouldn't be working there anymore. At least I hope she won't be ever again. read more

They have a great selection of clothes. I only wish there was a bigger male clothing selection for my boyfriend. I love that they had a cute children's clothes section. I always buy my work outfits here. Pricey blazers, but it's alright. The employees are okay. They do talk a lot amongst themselves when they're working the registers. They should focus on customers first, and talk when they are line-free. But ehh. read more

after dinner one night with the LOVE we walked around the block just to window shop. didnt really see much that i absoluty loved except for these awesome brown boots on a mannequin. i was only planning to window shop that day but i had to have those! so i asked the assoc. and she said we dont carry those its just for display! wtf H&m carries shoes so why use something on a mannequin in the store that they dont carry..?arrgh this was months ago so i dont need them now bcuz its summer but i think ive had dreams about those boots! i havent seen anything like it during boot season.. i just have to keep telling myself it wasnt meant to be. :( overall H&M is aight some affordable items but lately ive been picky with what i would be willing to spend from there. read more

I bought a hat from the Costa Mesa location and they left the censor on. I came here to get some help. The guy at the cash register claimed they didn't have gun to remove it. I don't understand why they wouldn't have a device or tool to remove a censor. I would think both locations would have censors on their clothing items and tools to remove it. Anyways, the guy wasn't very helpful and told me to go back to whatever store I bought the hat from. He didn't seem to care either. He was probably lazy and didn't want to help. The WORST customer service! EVER! Very unhelpful. My boyfriend needed a suit for a wedding he was in and they can't even look up a product number to see if it is in stock. I do not recommend shopping at any of the H&M stores, not to mention the horrible quality of the clothing. read more
