I'm very glad that the chain does collaborations with Keith Haring. You have to go on a whim though as I normally notice it by chance or someone will notify me of it. I'm still not happy with the lack of customer service but I am a Keith Haring connoisseur and buy him wherever I can. read more

Familiar with H&M from my time in Europe. This store is a far cry from that though. Maybe the same in terms of corporate store layout, promotional materials, merchandise, and signage. In terms of customer service though it's poor. Haven't tried the location in downtown Denver proper but that's newer so possibly better? For this location it's about what I expect. All of the stores in this mall are run by teenagers that don't care. Not enough cashiers and impatient customers. Worked retail many times in my life and it's hard to keep a store orderly when people pull EVERYTHING OFF the racks. Still management has an issue here. At least shoot me a smile at checkout. The dressing room attendants have always been nice, otherwise grab your clothes and leave as soon as you can. Don't run but move quickly. Lines can be long to checkout. Nothing major in my book but most reviews cite that as the big issue here. Good variety of clones, children to juniors, Men's and Women's. The quality has suffered as of late i've notices. But for a few tops or a sweater this is decent. A jacket/blazer or tie your good to go. Wouldn't make this a one stop shop. read more

Meh. Disorganized store, merchandise hard to sort through because the racks are overcrowded and the clothing is low quality. Forget customer service it doesn't exist here.. 2 customers ahead of us in line, one zombie cashier, 20 minute wait. Really? Was she re-inventing the cash register? By the time 10 more people joined the line behind us a second zombie cashier wandered up. For some reason, the addition of the 2nd cashier made zombie #1 move faster. We were able to purchase our 1 item in less than 3 minutes which is odd because the first person in line bought 10 items and which was agonizing to watch as she folded, scanned, re-folded, checked for security tags, re-folded and then forced all 10 items into the smallest bag she could make work. NO store employees were available other than the two cashiers. Between the two of us we only found one item we liked enough to buy. I have a feeling that it will fall apart the first time I wash it. I might shop here again if I am looking for cheap stuff for a Halloween costume, but other than that I'll save my money for the much classier Kohls. read more

Tall white male manager working the register (?) was super nice. Both times I've been there things have rung up cheaper than on the tag. Unisex dressing room which I appreciate as a non-binary person. I rarely buy new clothes or fast fashion but when I do I like coming here for staples. No one bugs you. read more

While shopping with my sisters they were handing out coupons for $10 off if you spend $50 or more. I had my hands full as if I had never shopped before but was never offered a coupon. After waiting in line for what seemed like the worst part of an hour my sister told me about the coupon. I had just signed my credit card slip and my sister told me a out the coupon. When I asked the gal, she denied me the coupon. I just spent $250! Seriously? She gave me a coupon and told me to use it next time. A) I don't live here. B) I don't have one in my state. C) I just waited in line for almost in hour. I can understand lines, especially since this is a brand new store however there were only two people in front of me. They were soooo sooo slow cashing people out. The store has great stuff, obviously but I do not think this location is worth the waiting. read more

I like this location for it's size of the men's department much better than the downtown location, but I live downtown, and that one is more convenient for me overall. You can move around in the men's department here. Customer service is great anytime that I've been here. If I had to change anything here it would be to have a register in the men's department and not all the registers in one location within the store. read more

The sizes are all mixed up. Nothing was in order or organized. The racks were like S, L, 2, 10, M...instead of all the smalls together in front and Large's together in the back. Not one person checked on us-which was fine because I don't like to be bothered. However, I was clearly struggling to locate sizes, and no one checked. The one person who was super sweet was Alex. He explained how to use the online service for larger sizes, and that they did not carry plus sizes in the store. He was very helpful. No one helped in the fitting rooms. I took my daughter like 5-6 different items and not one time did anyone say a word to me, check with us, get sizes, nothing...overall not a store I would return to for my shopping. read more

Lots to choose from, but the quality's a little cheap. I'd never pay full price for anything here. Luckily they usually have sales. Couldn't find the sandals shown on the mannequin and there wasn't an associate in sight! It worked out though, because the line to check out was really long. I absolutely love the selection here for both men and women. The clothes are always up with the trends, cool looking, and inexpensive. The customer service component on the other hand does not exist. Not a single employee looked up or talked to any customers and the cashier was so slow and the line just kept growing and growing with nobody coming to help. We almost just put our items down and left it got so bad. I like to be left alone when shopping but they took that too far by completely ignoring everyone. read more

Worst customer service! If you ever bring something back they make you very uncomfortable for returning ANYTHING. Furthermore, items were still new, tags on and within the 30 days but because my son returned it, instead of me the cardholder, they would only issue a merchandise credit. No refund - even though I was in compliance of everything. They also only returned 50% of purchase price on any unused and UNOPENED cosmetics. I called the H&M main customer service and Alex was like talking to a robot. Clearly their only concern is profit - not customer service. I will never shop there again except, oh wait, I have to one more time to get the benefit of my merchandise credit. If I could give 0 stars I would have. read more

Agreed to some of the reviews below - Horrible customer service and really bad register technology. I had a return from an online purchase. They were rude (talked down to me) and it took an uncomfortable amount of time to perform the return. Everything came up as an invalid return item. I'm officially done purchasing H&M clothes. It's just not worth it. It was so bad I will be writing to their corporate office as well. I've worked retail before and this is not how it should go. read more
