The employee yelled at her when she came back to my room with a new size and said I had to leave the dressing room and wait in line again if I wanted to try on another dress. She yelled at my mom and told her if I was not going to wait again to "put it back on the rack right now." I understand if she was bringing me a brand new dress, but it was just a different size! I suffer from BDD and this situation has left me feeling shamed for not being their "normal" sized customer. Today they lost my business. The staff proceeded to tell me they don't have that and I showed them the picture and they said that the website sometimes doesn't always update which is understandable. But when I asked if they could just double check in the back to see if they had it, they said we don't have it. I have to note that the person at the register was great and really tried to help me, but it seems that management wouldn't allow any exceptions.
