I'm a sucker for the dainty shiny pieces which this boutique has aplenty! I left with the cutest little ring and gorgeous faux pearl shaped diamond earrings! T = Talented local designers! Many of the pieces (jewelry and clothing) is made by local artists and designers, which is beyond cool! I love supporting local businesses! T = Tons of clothes. I mean TONS. I could easily spend all day browsing the racks, as everything is not only in style, but so cute! Inventory changes frequently, so if you see something you like, snag it before it's gone for good! During the return of an item purchased online, the cashier was rude, impatient, and visibly irritated. At the time, there were no other customers present. I addressed his behavior by stating that he was being rude; I did not , insult him, or behave disrespectfully. After I thanked the cashier and stepped away to continue shopping, I observed the same cashier start helping another customer, and both of them began laughing and making derogatory comments about me. I returned to the counter to address this behavior, at which point the other customer began yelling at me, telling me to "behave better," completely unaware of the irony of his own actions. The involvement of other customers in a matter between a Nordstrom employee and me was inappropriate, unnecessary, and deeply unsettling. When I stepped outside the store to contact Nordstrom Customer Service, an individual named Justin approached me and introduced himself as the manager on duty. He immediately stated that the cashier who assisted me was the kindest and most polite employee in the store. He also referenced the existence of video footage. I asked whether he had personally reviewed the video, as his comments appeared to reflect a preconceived bias similar to that displayed by others involved. He acknowledged that he had not viewed the footage. I informed him that I intended to contact Nordstrom Customer Service, as this was not the first time I had felt humiliated at this location. I thanked him and left. While in my car, I contacted Customer Service and was treated professionally and respectfully; the representative demonstrated a high level of understanding regarding my experience. I have been a loyal Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack customer for many years and have shopped at locations across the country. I have never experienced treatment like this elsewhere. Unfortunately, this incident marks the third time I have felt disrespected and humiliated at this specific store. On a prior occasion, I spoke with the store manager, Mr. Matthew, whose response I found to be dismissive and arrogant. I clearly stated at that time that I would no longer shop at this location, but unfortunately, I did not respect my decision and my boundaries. Given the seriousness of this incident, I am escalating this complaint to higher levels. The conduct of both the employee and the customers who felt empowered to intervene without any factual understanding of the situation was inappropriate and raises concerns of a potential hint of discriminatory behavior. I was informed that video footage with audio exists, which I welcome being reviewed. I will not shop at a store where I am made to feel unwelcome, disrespected, or singled out. I choose to spend my money where I am treated with the same dignity and respect afforded to everyone else.

I walked in and right away found exactly the dress I was looking for. Funny thing- they even had it in multiple colors! Anyways, I tried it on and it was perfect. The girl working at the store was super friendly and helpful and just generally nice to talk to. I LOVE my dress and it's casual enough that I can wear it again if I find the right occasion. Their instagram also has great ideas on how to style clothing pieces differently. Every time I come in the girls there have been very kind, Madison especially. Madison has been there the last couple of times I've stopped in and she's always so happy. She's helped me with fitting questions, always offers tips on how to style certain pieces and is even honest with suggesting another color that might look better (which I VERY much appreciate). I have to say, the overall guidance and positivity from Madison is probably one of the main reasons I leave with more than just 1 piece of clothing every time.

I patiently waited in the dressing room line for 20 minutes (no joke) and finally was able to try it on. Unfortunately the dress was too big, so my mom went to grab me a new size. The employee yelled at her when she came back to my room with a new size and said I had to leave the dressing room and wait in line again if I wanted to try on another dress. She yelled at my mom and told her if I was not going to wait again to "put it back on the rack right now." I understand if she was bringing me a brand new dress, but it was just a different size! I suffer from BDD and this situation has left me feeling shamed for not being their "normal" sized customer. Today they lost my business.
