I just lVE when the employee's greet me as I walk in. I feel as if they are waiting just for me. I browse for a few minutes, have my hands full with items to try on and I'm approached by Dana who was eager to help me with my shopping experience. So many styles, sizes and colors to choose from. She showed me all the sales, the mark down racks and most important she set me up in a fitting room to try on all my items. Dana even ask if I was doing okay or if I needed any other sizes. I was indeed of an additional size that the store did not carry. I paid for the item and Dana said the correct size and color woukd be shipped to me. Also she mentioned that I would receive an email after the item was shipped. I received my order to the date that was stated. Then she printed the receipt for the items I purchased in house and showed me how to enter into a drawing for a chance to win a gift card and a survey to complete about your visit. Kudos to the Manger and owner for providing and understanding how customer works. What a great experience again!

I wasn't sure what caused it but I headed to my neighborhood Wal-Mart to find out. I'm sorry but I don't know the gentleman's name. I very friendly, jovial, polite, helpful man with a red beard. I told him what happened - that my online glasses just disassembled before my eyes (no pun!). He told me to come back later. When I did, this benevolent man had fixed my glasses and and just handed them back. I guess it was just two screws but to me, he was a lifesaver. I had purchased some readers until they were fixed so I was ecstatic to get them back. Thank you to this nice man! I'm sorry I didn't get your name. But I appreciate what you did!

I had problems with the first pair ordered , not correct, then they replaced. They were good about…read morethat. The frames don't seem to have all the sizes you get with other outlets. The frame option for what I wanted fit ok, but not optimal. They tried to move the frames around with the part over the ears. A big concern was the quality of the lens and frames. In less than a year, they have scratched easily and become smudged. I did not get the anti-scratch coating, yet am relatively careful with my glasses. For the next pair, I will shop somewhere else. By the way, my experience in all respects has been better with Zenni.

On our way out of the store there was a vision department employee in the front, handing out information. We took a flyer and mentioned what happen with the glasses and that we were clients of theirs. He directed us to the station where we went and and they quickly repaired our son's glasses. I can't even wear them without them giving me a headache. I have worn glasses for 32 years and have never had such horrible lenses before. I went in to talk to the technician about this problem and the only solution was for me to buy brand new progressive lenses, he would give me a 10% discount. Unfortunately, I I can't afford that. I will literally be throwing these glasses away and wearing my old prescription. Such horrible service of backing up their products.

I wasn't asked if I wanted the protection on two frames that I purchased. I inquired about the cost of the insurance and was told it was $35 total when in fact it was $45 per frame. Again great selection and staff is friendly, but that's not an honest business practice when it comes to the frame and lens protection.

When i asked if i could switch from monthly contacts to two weeks, the Dr was incredibly rude. I didn't understand why she said no with no explanation, so i asked a second time. Almost yelling at me, she told me i would not be getting two week contacts and that "i needed to let her do her job and practice medicine." She then said shed have to dilate me after looking at my retinal images, with no explanation of what she saw. I said i had work and drove myself and wasn't sure if i could on this day, she then said shed would write to insurance saying i refused to follow her medical advice. She awkwardly apologized at the end of the appointment but at that point it didnt matter much and the appointment was almost over. I then almost crashed leaving their parking lot and struggled to perform at my kitchen job. Will never go back.
