In all the years of wearing and breaking glasses, I never thought to have them repaired. Then, I had children who started wearing glasses. One of my kiddos broke fairly new glasses and they were out of warranty. I located this business and he was so kind and honest with me. The is a complete value for your money. He won't try to upsell you or give you false information. I will always recommend them!! read more

Absolutely the best! Expertise meets high degree customer service! Colorado Frame Tek felt like I stepped back in time in both looks & service. Everyone was greeted in a friendly way. Antonio the owner, (I presumed) waited on many of us at once, it was busy. He was quite fast & efficient. This no frills eyeglass repair shop had a small lobby but there were many places to sit. Also, I had no problem finding a parking spot on the street. Here you wait while your eyeglasses are being fixed. There is no option to drop off & return. I went here as a recommendation by not only one but two reputable optical businesses to repair my broken off arm piece. I arrived mid morning & was told my eyeglasses could be repaired for $49.99. A part was required & it would take about 20 minutes. (Note: check out their website for a 10% coupon.) After only ten minutes my eyeglasses were repaired. The work is guaranteed. Wow, this is the place to come for expert repairs & good old fashion customer service! read more

I really admire this place because of the great service and kind man running this business. He really gets the crucial timeframe in between having an accident with your frames and getting them fixed and using them again. I really appreciate the fast and helpful service. I'll go here first before I go back to a commercial/name brand optical store for repairs. Not only was it great, timely and kind service but I didn't spend over a hundred dollars or even $100 to get my glasses fixed, which is also great that a local business owner understands how much a price point can effect business. Thank youu! read more

Arrived to have the arm of my eyeglasses repaired was in and out in less than 15 minutes for only $59,99! I went with the higher price to be able to have it look identical to the other side instead of paying $25 and just having another arm attached. I will be coming here for any and all eyeglass repairs as well as telling all of my family and friends to bring their business here also. If they had 10 stars, I would give it to them. read more

Walked in and he fixed my glasses so quickly! The screw kept spinning and not catching, but instead of replacing anything, he found a solution that worked great. Very kind guy! read more

Wonderful experience with this family owned business! In and out in less than 10 minutes and my glasses were like new! Thanks so much!

Great service, with a fair price. Nice owner who is also a veteran. They fixed my glasses in 15 minutes! Convenient location on S. Broadway.

My husband was so glad to learn about Colorado Frame Tek. His eyeglasses were damaged when the lenses were replaced by a well-known optometrist's office in Conifer. They would not take responsibility. Enter Colorado Frame Tek! Fixed while he waited and the favorite glasses are back in service! read more

I have a pair or metal ray bands and the frame broke in a way that it needed to be welded back together. This shop was the only location I could find that would do a repair like that. I've managed to break my frames in the same way a couple times and the owner always takes care of me. Very nice guy. Does a very good job and gets me repaired and on my way in 10 mins. Would highly recommend colorado frame tek for anyone in the denver metro area. read more

What an amazing service! They were not able to fix my glasses issues but helped me figure out how to do it myself! My problem: the clip-on sunglasses rub my eyeglasses and wear the color down on the titanium frame. He also helped me figure out how to get the color back where it's been worn down! Such a nice, kind person. I was there today and wanted to make sure to shout out this business right away. read more

Can't say enough wonderful things about this small eyeglass repair shop! I dropped my glasses and broke the frame (not the lens). My wonderful husband did his best to try and fix my glasses but eventually they broke again. I read great reviews on Yelp and decided to bring them here. Its a very small shop on Broadway in Englewood. We walked in, showed Tony my glasses and it only took him about 5-8 minutes to repair them expertly. He refused payment for his service but my husband insisted he take a small tip. On the wall there were many cards and letters thanking Tony for his work. Most mentioned that he refused payment. And there was a letter from St. Jude's Children's Hospital acknowledging his contributions. He's obviously a wonderful, caring person. Please, if you need repair work on your eye ware, patronize his shop! read more

Just read the other reviews, and you will see examples of how this business is THE ABSOLUTE BEST. I've probably been in half a dozen times (I have a child who is not always the most gentle with his glasses), and I believe the owner has only requested payment from me like once. I read another review where the person said they were going to send him a card with a tip - I am totally going to do that! One time, I needed some glasses repaired, but this shop is closed on the weekends, so I went to another place. They actually gave me a business card for Colorado Frame Tek and told me to go to him. Yes, a *competitor* gave me this guy's business card and told me to go to him, because they knew he could fix the glasses, and that they wouldn't be able to do as good of a job! Come on! If that doesn't say it all... read more

Excellent repair!! I had accidentally sat on my glasses and broke the nose bridge. He fixed it in about 15 minutes and I couldn't see at all where the break was. Says it will last forever. Amazing service! Amazing work! If you broke your glasses or need an adjustment (most of the 'techs' at my optometrist don't know what they're doing), you need to come here. I've been here twice and was in and out in less than 20 minutes each time (probably closer to 15 minutes). Just as a note: This is a very small, one-person shop and only open during the week. read more

The absolute only place to go for getting your glasses fixed!! Family owned, walk-in only place with incredible staff. The gent in his late 30s fixed my glasses literally within seconds and gave me an amazing deal. They also cleaned my glasses after fixing them which is such a nice touch! I won't ever be mad at sitting on my glasses again since that'll give me a reason to come back. Thank you guys so much!!!! The only place I will ever recommend. read more

Broke my glasses a few hours before getting on a plane to Denver. Looked up online eye glasses repair in Denver. This place came up. Drove there straight from airport. The owner was super nice. Broken frames? This is the Man who can fix all. Great service. I am amazed to see genuine customer service.

Tony rocks. Over the years, he has fixed a number of pairs of glasses for me saving the great expense of buying new ones. Recently, I broke the temple on an old but unique and pricey pair. The temples were no longer available new and rarely on the used market. Nonetheless, he tracked down some replacements and saved my glasses. Highly recommended. read more

It is a strange thing to hope I break some glasses so I can visit Tony. He's helped me out twice and refused payment both times. I wouldn't even consider taking my business anywhere else but Tony. If I was out of town and broke something. I'd wait to get back to see Tony. The best. read more

The ABSOLUTE BEST!!! If I could give him 10 stars I would. We had two pair of expensive glasses in need of repair. We had taken them to several different places, and no one could fix them. One was very expensive Prada sunglasses that were missing a screw, and only the screws held in the lens on to the frame, and the other were pair of Maui Jim, and although they were titanium, the arm was bent back so the hinge needed repair or they would not stay on close to the ear. Tony was able to fix both problems in less than 10 to 15 minutes. Now both glasses fit perfectly and we can use them again. Thank you Tony for such amazing quick service. And he even gave the welding on the titanium frames a year warranty. Thank you thank you thank you! You are literally the best!!! read more

This guy Tony is an absolute local treasure, in at least 800 miles in every direction; The End. Go see him ASAP for every pair of eyeglass frames you own which can possibly be fixed by him, before he retires and you're totally SOL out of luck. One of the last remaining handful of an incredibly uncommon type of business/owner, who is not only an exceptionally gifted and skilled artisan, offering  unusual services which are almost impossible to find (so much so, I would bet 99% of people under 30 wouldn't even imagine such a business exists!!). Yet, here he is, delivering a crazy-rare kind of personalized service and incredible value that just doesn't exist much in America anymore, what with all the dominance of the chain store model and behemoths like Amazon et al. Go support local businesses offering valuable services like this one. Whether it's a favorite pair of irreplaceable frames you love, or a minor repair that keeps stuff out of the landfills and avoids wasted money; We're lucky he's around doing these esoteric type of repairs (he even has a laser welder in house for doing tiny welds on metal like titanium and stainless!), and God willing for a very long time to come! It's not scalable, nor massively profitable. Amazon and Wal-Mart or Lens Crafters etc. are incapable of serving this need for high quality repairs of eyeglasses. Soon there will likely be no more like him. And yet another valuable tradecraft will be lost to antiquity, by way of our obsessive march towards giant consolidated retailers and thinking of everything as disposable goods. This guy is a legend and people like him. We are better off in so many ways when we have local craftsmen who do necessary by small things at a gpod price and with top notch quality. What can you still say that about anymore? Save and support our little local micro business that offer truly valuable specialty services! They will be gone otherwise and we'll regret it. Peace. read more

I needed have some glue removed from one if the nose pad holders and CFT was recommended by my optician. "Easy fix..." I was told. The gentleman fixed that issue but in the process he scratched one of the lenses on the reading portion with a drill bit. When pressed about it, he didn't take any responsibility for his mistake and now I need to replace BOTH lenses (you can't replace just one), with a 6 week ETA due to the type of lenses I have coupled with having to change how I use the glasses to read anything. I would not recommend this business to anyone due to this blatant disregard for his mistake. read more

I thought I already wrote this review! The first time I went there several years ago, my husband's frames were fixed quickly and perfectly. And the second time, also Mr H's damaged glasses frames. It's a cozy little shop on Broadway. The displayed photos, art, and thank you notes let you know they care! Tony is a magician! I showed up just after closing because I didn't realize the hours had changed. But he was still working this evening and insisted on taking care of my needs. Within 10 minutes or so, he had tweaked my 2 frames (free!) and repaired Mr H's. ($39.99 with a 1 year guarantee!) Tony wouldn't even accept a tip. I hope he doesn't retire or move, because he is a pro! read more
