I witnessed Helen's caring, knowledge and warmly explained analysis of what and why she is doing all of these tests. They were not able to figure out my vision insurance despite having the same insurance information with no changes over the last year from my previous annual eye exam. I had to pay for the visit out of pocket and provide the information to my insurance on my own, and had to pay out of pocket over $200. I had called a couple months prior to my visit to order contacts, and was told over the phone by Valentina or chell that my insurance was used and processed. I came to find out at this recent visit that they never even processed my insurance at all when I ordered new contacts on the phone. Everyone is extremely nice, but just not helpful and don't seem to have the bandwidth to process health insurance for visits. They had the excuse of "their platform is having issues processing" but when speaking with my own health insurance it seems to be a very simple process to have these things submitted to them. It has been a nightmare trying to go back and forth with Target and my vision insurance to figure out what is going on. I do not want anyone to have a negative experience so please consider other optical centers before you come here.

So ultimately my once a year covered exam is used, didn't get the glaucoma test I was told they do and Valentina just kept rudely shrugging at me and Chell told me I cannot be rude when I said she was acting half retarded. So they can treat you how ever they want and you are suppose to sit back and take it while they are blatantly ripping you off at every level. So now I wait until 2027 to get what I went in to get done. Only go here if you want to be lied to and have to pay them to lie to you.
