I had them do 4 pairs of progressives, one of which was a a computer distance. They are all perfect! Everything done in a reasonable amount of time and at a solid price. What was different today to make this visit even better? A young optician named Caitlin. I rarely, if ever, write a review almost specifically about one person but I am today. Caitlin has a chipper and chatty style that actually makes mundane tasks, like getting new glasses, fun. She was engaging, efficient, professional with just a touch of almost childish panache. She was also knowledgeable and well versed in all the products and options. She knew how to handle my insurance and how to run it to my greatest advantage. She is a first rate employee and I hope this franchise knows what they have in her. She is a real asset and I kinda look forward to picking up my glasses to see her again. If perky was a person, it would be her.
