There were no customers inside the business when I arrived, and several employees were standing around rather than actively assisting customers. Less than three minutes after I sat down, another customer, who was white, came in and was immediately seated and helped before me. Shortly afterward, I received a notification that my appointment had been canceled. When I asked the front desk employee about it, he was dismissive and spoke to me with an attitude. Instead of addressing my concerns or offering a solution, he repeatedly said that he was "overworked" and "doing his best," while insisting that everyone else that day was the problem, not him. His response was unprofessional and left me feeling that my appointment and concerns were not taken seriously.
