I can't speak for others but I've had nothing but good things to say. The rest of my family come downtown now as well. I was in again yesterday for another check. My eyes are incredibly sensitive to changes that cause migraines and I have been dealing with them for the last 3 months because of issues. It's me, not the doctor but I wanted to be 100% before I got computer glasses. Dr. Petrilla was nothing but patient even though I had just been there. I was able to snag a cancellation, so this appointment was sooner than my routine timing. I am deeply grateful that Dr Kat could see me, because she ended up discovering in my eye health something that required urgent attention that I would not have otherwise known until much later, when it potentially could have progressed into vision loss! I was told that I could come in for a quick follow up less than 24 hours after an appointment (without having to pay for a separate exam) because I wanted to request a change / have a conversation with Chet. When I showed up I was told that I was given the wrong information over the phone, they would need to bill insurance, Chet is unavailable for a phone call or to talk for 2 seconds and that "it wasn't me you talked to" when I told them that I confirmed this over the phone. So, my time was wasted, everyone had a bad experience (except Chet, I guess) and all that's left is this lousy review. Go somewhere else.
