Basic customer service -- like greeting patients, answering questions respectfully, or simply being polite -- seems to be too much to expect here. I came in for an eye exam, not to be treated like an inconvenience. The front desk staff in particular were dismissive, a blond older gal showed short-tempered, and made me feel unwelcome. If this is how they treat paying patients, I won't be returning -- and I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone looking for respectful, professional care. There are plenty of optometrists who know how to treat people with decency. I suggest looking elsewhere.

When I spoke with someone the second time I reached out I told her it was relatively urgent and she reassured me I would have it the next day. And yet still nothing.
