I have been a patient of this practice for years... In Jan when my insurance changed, I called them and CONFIRMED that they accept my new insurance. When they confirmed that they did, I booked an appointment for me and my wife. I waited six weeks for this appointment. On the day prior to the appointment I received a call informing me that they do not accept my insurance. To add insult to injury, they had the nerve to ask if I was willing to pay out of pocket for the exams. No thank you, that is why I have vision insurance. I will never return to this practice regardless of insurance based on this incompetence. read more

I love this place! We had to come for an immediate visit on Saturday for my daughter and they were so kind to seeing us asap before they closed. Kids are not the easiest when you need to poke around their eye pretty scary for them. She was kind patient and quick and found a way to appeal to my daughters interest. Just took my 10 year old daughter in for her first set of contacts. She left traumatized and ready to stay in glasses. The associate conducting the training was extremely aggressive about it before she even had the exam with the doctor, which made my daughter nervous enough already. After the exam and into training the associate was rough, rude, and physical in trying to force her through the training. I left with my daughter crying and shaking, without contacts or even the prescription to go somewhere ekss.Not a good way to help a new eyeglasses wearer who is 10 years old, add the option of contacts for sports. read more

My wife found Belleview Eye Associates quite by accident. Doctor Phillips assisted my wife with a special contact lens problem that couldn't be handled in another office. Her entire staff was so friendly and efficient, that I decided to have my annual checkups done in her office. Dr. Phillips was cheerful and patient with the barrage of questions I had about my eyes. This is the first review I have ever done. I purchased glasses from Belleview in March of 2019. I have a pretty good Astigmtism and there was a problem testing my eyes. When I received my glasses I told the doctor that they made me see double. She assured me that if I wore the glasses my eyes would adjust. I tried wearing the glasses off and on for 6 months with no change. I was still seeing double. The virus hit in 2020 and it is now September 2020. I contacted Belleview only to be told that it has been too long since I purchased the glasses, and there was nothing they could do for me. They offered a new exam, but that would cost me another $100.00. NOTE: I had no insurance at the time I first purchased the glasses, so I paid full price out of my pocket. It is unfortunate at this time, that they have chosen the bottom line instead of taking care of their customer. All I wanted was proper services for the money I paid. You can make up your own mind whether you want to do business with them. My wife, kids, grand children and other family members will no longer be doing business with Belleview Eye Associates. read more

Really great experience here. The ease of signing up online and selecting from available appointments digitally made the process of setting up the first appointment a piece of cake. Their patient forms are also online with no need to print- which I REALLY appreciated. Upon arrival the staff was ready and waiting and greeted me by name as soon as I said I had a 9am appointment. There was no wait between each patient room and meeting with the front staff at the end to look at glasses options. This staff is perhaps the most friendly and inviting staff I've ever experienced in my 28 years of eye exams.Dr. L Phillips was amazing, she was so patient and kind, taking great care to really assess our needs and find the best prescription for our eyes. Even my fiancé was happy and comfortable here (if you have a difficult man, you know what I mean, and take him here). When we left he said "wow, I really like that place, the entire staff was pleasant and the Doctor was great!". The sign is a little difficult to see, I live in the area and have passed by their location a million times, only to recognize there was a dentist office. It's amazing how quick they are to post a comment back with complete falsifications of my experience!!! And actually I had been in the office several times and the frames were damaged after they attempted to have the lab fix them. And I had to argue to get them to fix them because the excuse I was given was that they had a new lab and couldn't send my year old glasses to be fixed. Even after a year frames should NOT be damaged and it is a flat out lie that someone told me the damage was from heat. The last time I checked and Bellview Eye Associates should check their records instead of attempting to save their name at this point. I have never had such horrible workmanship on a pair of frames. After they so called fixed the lenses "once" they came back uneven around the bottom of the frame which is why they got sent back again, because I wouldn't except them. By the way I have been an eyeglass and contact lens wearer for 15 years! Nice try Bellview Eye but I didn't need your approval to go elsewhere. Other people should know the type of service and bad quality you give to your customers. read more
