Left glasses on July 5th to have new lenses placed. Assured it was a 3 day job. They failed to notify they were ready so we had to call them, which we did on August 2nd. When picking them up, staff was defensive about notifications and ignored us for 5 minutes when we came in. These glasses are VERY expensive so the service should be so much better. read more

Avoid this place at all cost!!!! Terrible customer service at aspen grove and it's taking so far double the time to fi their mistake and and no one can give any details. The way the guy speaks down to me isn't acceptable. Actually Daniel you all did mess up my prescription. The axis on my left eye was to be 3 and not 33. Second the right lens was made to small and fell out. Because they had to be remade I did ask for the enhanced lenses and had a slight change. So before you call me a liar you need to check your shit. If you knew I had spoke to the manager at that location there was no need for your response below. You Daniel F have just proven hooW bad your customer service is. The other problem is no one communicated a time frame so please before you want to get on here and be totally wrong you should totally get your facts straight. read more

Terrific selection of current fashion eyewear from some of the better glasses brands, and great seasonal discounts - like 40% off frames or 20% off sunglasses (if you're on their mailing list). Everyone there is very nice, and the staff are super-helpful, while still maintaining a low-pressure vibe. I have been a customer of Europtics for a long time. I originally did business at the Cherry Creek store. I met Ira while working in the downtown area decades ago. He was tough to keep happy but he always, always did what he said he would and he always had the best quality products. In fact one pair of sunglasses I still wear are over twenty years old. I began shopping at the Aspen Leaf store when they first opened. Bill has been a wonderful person to work with, he takes care of all my eyewear needs, I recently had a couple of concerns with two pair of glasses, with out a blink of an eye they covered the items under warranty. Great customer service! I had a broken hinge on a pair of expensive frames purchased out of state and found Europtics on the manufacturer's (Gold and Wood) website. Despite the fact that I had not originally purchased the glasses from them, they went the extra mile to try to help me. The frames were out of warranty and there were no replacement parts available. Alas, Europtics was able to leverage their network and get them repaired anyway for a small service fee. Cayla managed all of this over the telephone while I was traveling out of state, including return shipping and payment. Apparently the customer service has gone completely away with me. Two times now, I have had MAJOR issues with Europtics in Aspen Grove. It took FOUR months for my husband to receive the correct pair of glasses earlier this year. Now I have learned that the sunglasses that I took in for repair three weeks ago was never sent in! You would think that with the issues my husband had, we would be treated with kid gloves. When questioned what the delay was, I was told that the prescription was wrong. I was going to go to the store to see if it was minor. The sales rep back peddled and said that the lens and frames still had scratches. She flat out lied! Not professional and once I get my glasses back I will never return. UPDATE: Europtics at Aspen Grove has redeemed themselves. After my rant on social media and I got their attention, an owner called me that afternoon, listened to my issues and resolved to get my glasses fixed. Two days later I had glasses in my hands. I'm sure he pulled strings to get them done and I appreciate it. The new glasses didn't last long however. A strange clouding appeared on a lens. I took them back. Alicia, who knew the prior situation, was extremely helpful, got the lens repaired and back to me within a week. Happy customer! I took my husband's sunglasses which had the same weird cloudiness back as well (he vowed never to step foot in the store again). Matias was familiar with my family's history and Eupotics handled hubby's glasses speedily and professionally. I received the sunglasses back at least a full week earlier than expected. After such horrible earlier experiences, I will say that Europtics has earned back my respect and future business because of the customer service that I have recently received. Thank you. read more

This review is for the aspen grove store....john was the sales person who helped me when I first arrived. He mistakenly referred to me a s" hon". Even after asking him not to call me tha, but rather use my name t he continued..with hon....that should have been a sign.... Checking out I gave him my insurance card....he said he did not need that now...another mistake... Bought 2 pair one pair great the other not so much they did not fit my face nor could they be adjusted to do so....another mistake for john... Returned a pair and they rebuilt a new pair....wheni wen to pick up wanted me to pay an additional 1511 dollars....hmmmm Bottom line. Communication was terrible, after requesting the refund due from processing my insurance it took me calling the store 3 times to finally get a credit processed...not sure what they are paying Alisha Virreal at that store...but it is not enough...she was the only reason I would consider using this store again..but I have to say it is not likely read more

Oh my goodness, what a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in until I had my glasses selected and ordered, it was excellent customer service all the way! Riley worked with me for well over 2 hours to make sure that I had the frames that worked best for my taste and for my small nose bridge. I have some issues with my prescription that require a little bit more attention, and she was so proactive and helpful. In fact, the rest of the associates and the optometrist got involved and helped. I felt so incredibly taken care of and left feeling so glad that I chose that store. read more
