I have been having trouble for a couple of years with a low vision problem. I have tried a number of different solutions without much success. Recently I saw dr. Schneider. She provided me with some very good alternatives to help me solve my problem. This practice was recently purchased, so I wasn't sure, since I really liked the earlier Doctor. Dr. Nickle was really great. She's so personable and helpful. They have equipment I'd never seen before that helps them identify vision and health issues. I got a great exam, and the Doc also told me my tear ducts were partially clogged and how to remedy that. No other Doctors had mentioned that, and I'd had a eye exam October 2018. Not only do I feel great about the exam, but I had lots of help picking out frames. I lined up the pairs we chose, and tried them on - and got two women's great advice!! I can't wait to get my new glasses. read more

I received after cataract care from Dr. Schneider and her staff. They were the greatest individuals to work with. They were highly professional, courteous and so personable. Will never do business with this place again they are lazy unprofessional and very sloppy the receptionist Amanda is very inappropriate to customers asking them if the brought in a gun who does that after it takes 3 or more weeks to return a repair then get all flustered when you tell her it's was wrong . Threatens my husband by call back to say she was call the police on him . Will never do business there again and will tell everyone I know not to do business as well . Fast Friendly Care This place is near where I lived-but I had never noticed it or been there before. Now that I am over 40- I realized my vision had changed and thought maybe I should see an eye doctor. I eat at that Mexican Restaraunt next store and finally noticed this place. Called their number and got in the next day, and was seen by a very friendly 'Dr. Jackie', I see by their website her last name is 'Nickel'. She evidently was born and raised in Colorado and has recently joined this practice. Anyway, she was very friendly and professional, got me all fixed up with my new readers and otherwise gave my eyes a clean bill of health. Don't know that I would need much more eye care-but it was nice to discover someone so professional and friendly right down the street in front of my far-sighted nose! read more

I have been taking my daughter to Vision Works at the Mills for about 4 years now, but I recently made an appointment here since it was literally around the corner from where we live. When we arrived, for our convenient Saturday morning appointment, we were first greeted by Dezarae who handed me the paperwork we all so love filling out. Then it was Leo who took my daughter back and did the usual tests before seeing the doctor. The music coming out of the laptop Leo was typing into was not elevator music! While it wasn't my personal style, a little too .. maybe hip hoppie for me (I like Fiver Finger Death Punch!), I did like that it wasn't the usual music you must endure at these type of establishments. Now on to the main attraction, of course... Dr. Holtzman. The first thing I noticed was his casual attire, jeans and an untucked Oxford type button down shirt. So casual! I love it! For some reason going into an office where not only the staff is casually dressed, but the boss himself is so casually dressed like this just makes things more comfortable. Now, I did have to ask Dezarae if this was an all the time thing and she said no, that it was mostly just on Saturdays. With that in mind, I'll keep my appointments on Saturdays. Dr. Holtzman was just as his attire, very casual, in a professional manner and not overly stuffy like the folks we've dealt with at Vision Works. My daughter and I both felt comfortable with him. The contacts he gave her to try, while come to find out were a little pricier than what we've been using, my daughter said she can't even feel them! I'll sacrifice a little extra money for her eyes!! All in all... this is a great little place in a small grocery store strip mall. Sometimes it's better to go with the little guy you can't see than the big famous guy you can! :) read more

They are so friendly here, and they have a really nice selection of frames, even for petite faces, which can be hard to find. They genuinely care about their customers, and they even fixed my sons frames free of charge when they broke, even though we had purchased his glasses elsewhere. They have an amazing 2 year warranty on some lenses, so if they get scratched they will replace them for you for free. read more

Traveling from out of state I didn't expect to be able to get into the office so quickly. The manager optician, Amanda, and Dr.Nickel provided the quickest and kindest customer service, that went well above five stars. The office is exceptionally warm and inviting and the service is top notch. Amanda was incredibly comforting and walked me through the entire process from beginning to end with nothing but enthusiasm and professionalism. After returning back to my home state I was provided with quick responses and my glasses were shipped to Tennessee in less than 2 weeks. I only wish I lived in Denver as their customer care is truly unmatched. If you're looking for employees and Doctors who truly care, this is the place you are looking for. This is a great place, I went to get eye exam for my first contact lens the staff was awesome! Dr. Gary did my eye exam and answer all my question and was very upfront with me. Leo who schedule my next eye exam was very friendly, and Dezarae who help me with my first contact lens how to put it on was very patient with me. Since it was first time with my contacts you have to learn. I got my contacts for now and I plan on returning to get new glasses. I recommend this place! read more

I was near by at the King Soopers and saw the optical store. The nose piece on my glasses had been bothering me so I went in. I received a very friendly greeting from the receptionist named Dezarae. I was directed to Leo, the Optical Manager who fixes glasses. He replaced my nose pads and even adjusted my glasses. They fit so much better on my face now. Leo even suggested some new frames because I mentioned I had a new prescription. I wasn't sure at first, but he clearly is the expert so I trusted him. Soon I will have new glasses that I'm sure I will love. I even met Dr. Holtzman who suggested a different color frame that is what I ended up going with. Everyone in the office is so professional and courteous, I can't wait to go back and pick up my new glasses. I loved the feel of the office and the frame selection and price.
