Good store. Always a variety of shoes and additional accessories. Obviously they generally focus on shoesbut you can also grab shorts, jeans, shirts, swim, backpacks, sweatshirts, flip flops, wallets, and occasional perfume and cologne. All versions of Vans from smaller profile slip ons to full on high tops. Infants, kids, teen, and adult sizes are in stock. Newer designs are up front on display and then staples are in the middle and on the back wall. The side walls tends to have clearance items. Really a mixed bag of styles and prints but sometimes you'll find something you love on deep discount. They almost always have some promotion going on. Generally a buy one get one half off. Most recently I didn't see anything that jumped out to be bought. Generally I stop in and end up leaving with three or four pairs of shoes. Checkout line moves quick and the staff are friendly and helpful grabbing a size or looking for a particular color scheme. read more

Van Heusen, what can I say honestly? While I like most of your clothes, your customer service is poor at best. I ventured in to this location 2 weeks ago looking for a particular item and there was no greeting as I walked in or any shred of customer service while I spent my time looking around. I found the item I was looking for and because no one working there took the time to offer up any type of customer service I decided against purchasing the item. So I decided to test the consistency of Van Heusen customer service again while out at Colorado Mills on Sunday. The results were exactly the same as they were the week before. You would think that a store that is currently offering triple discounts on their merchandise, would want to actually sell something. I'm sure that this doesn't happen all the time and maybe it's just the weekend help, but no more of my money will be spent there due until something is done to improve their poor customer service. read more

I am so furious with the care me and my kids received. The only person who even spoke to me was Keenan. He helped me find some kid shoes. The rest of the staff had an attitude. If you don't like working at a shoe store then don't work there. I'm not going there to be looked at rude by employees. You suck read more

I felt like I walked into a Highschool everyone was so young. Today they had great sales. Typical Vans store minus the skateboards. Staff was friendly. Store was organized and clean. Always enjoy going into the Vans store. read more

What can I tell you? We've been shopping at this store for a long time. A good part of my wardrobe, business and casual, comes from here. Van Heusen is top quality and true to size. We visited last Wednesday and I left with three polos, a sweater, a pair of khakis, and my wife found a skirt. Total bill - $54 and change including sales tax. Does it get any better? Everything is nicely sorted and displayed by style, color, and size. Ladies to the left, and mens to the right as you walk through the door. It's an outlet store, so what you see is pretty much they've got. But if you don't see what you want, they're happy check if it's in the back waiting to come out. Don't be surprised though if the answer is no. Signs to the fitting rooms are clearly visible to anyone who's awake and aware of their surroundings. How much help should one need, or expect, in a store like this. I usually find only one person, and never more than two people working here. And they're always busy. Putting out stock, or more usually fixing the displays after they've been pawed over by thoughtless jerks. But they're very aware of their customers. They've never failed to offer help, which I never need. When I'm done shopping they usually beat me to the register. If you need to be greeted like a long lost relative or wealthy benefactor just because you're there to spend a few dollars, or need to have your hand held through the shopping process go on down to the Brooks Brothers store. They'll be happy to do that for you. And charge you four or five times (or more) as much for essentially the same clothes. read more

Purchased a pair of shoes from this store less than 2 months ago. They have since completely separated along the sole. When I went in to exchange them after having called and different store and told it could be done, the employees were completely unsympathetic to the issue and said there was no way they were going to return them. Didn't give me any other options either, just said no and acted like my money was not being complete wasted by them. When I called customer service afterwards I was told it could have been done at the store or through the warranty program. The lady I spoke to on the phone is the only reason I will continue doing business with this company because the employees at this store are absolutely terrible. Will not be setting foot in there again. read more

I have been a long time purchaser or Van Heusen shirts, ties and slacks. Recently I have had to stop my purchases or shirts because I have a closet full of brand new Van Heusen shirts to do not fit and yet I have dozens of slightly older ones of the same size that fit just fine. I have return several shirts and got refunds because it seems that now your regular fit shirts have become more tapered and with measuring in the store we found this to be true. Even one of the sales people told me that they have had returns for the same reason. One of the other reviewers opined that your items run true to size, perhaps in the past but no longer. It's too late to return all the new shirts that I cannot wear but I can only think that I will no longer be a customer at your shops. read more
