I bought a body suit that is too big but have been out of town and missed the 30 day return window by 2 days. I took it in to see what can be done, and the girl in store told me to call customer service, assuring me that they're typically able to make exceptions. The rep I spoke with barely asked what was going on before telling me I'm SOL. When I asked for a supervisor or review, he told me he could send it up but they're going to give me the same answer. HORRIBLE customer service from a brand that's been going downhill with quality that's been decreasing. I would have been happy with an exchange for a size that fits, but now I'll probably just be taking my business elsewhere. Thanks for nothing, Express.

I just lVE when the employee's greet me as I walk in. I feel as if they are waiting just for me. I browse for a few minutes, have my hands full with items to try on and I'm approached by Dana who was eager to help me with my shopping experience. So many styles, sizes and colors to choose from. She showed me all the sales, the mark down racks and most important she set me up in a fitting room to try on all my items. Dana even ask if I was doing okay or if I needed any other sizes. I was indeed of an additional size that the store did not carry. I paid for the item and Dana said the correct size and color woukd be shipped to me. Also she mentioned that I would receive an email after the item was shipped. I received my order to the date that was stated. Then she printed the receipt for the items I purchased in house and showed me how to enter into a drawing for a chance to win a gift card and a survey to complete about your visit. Kudos to the Manger and owner for providing and understanding how customer works. What a great experience again!

I usually go to these discount stores for truffle oil and other shelf stable goodies. The hubs also needed new car seat covers and was able to get a set for $17. Obviously, people rummage through the shelves and open products but that's expected in any store really. The staff was really nice and we were able to check out quickly. I'm definitely a fan!

So we came to this outdoor mall as he didn't want to deal with walking around other people in an indoor mall. The store is closed. Permanently. So I'm panicking and sweating as I didn't want to drag him to a mall. I decided to check out this store as I do love their styles and hoped they had a suit. Alfreda greeted me and I explained I needed a suit, preferable two buttons and single breasted. I think I took her by surprise as I was that specific. But she walked me over to a suit - I believe it's the only one they have in the store - and it was two buttons and single breasted. What are the odds? She selected my sizes and led me to a fitting room. I love their fitting room area. It's plush and fancy with comfortable chairs the gentlemen can wait in. Carpeting on the floors so our feet don't touch cold tile. Alfreda asked if I would come out so they could see how it looked and i said of course as I wanted him to see it. I said a prayer and tried on the smaller size pants. A little snug. So I tried on the larger size. It fit! Put on the jacket in the matching size and looked in the mirror. Looked like it would work so I went outside so he could give me his opinion. He actually liked it! I was so relieved. Alfreda said i looked nice in it and so I was sold. Alana rang me up as Alfreda had another customer and we were talking about why I needed such a specific style. When she heard I would need a white button up shirt to be able to wear a tie with it, she said she had a style to show me that someone had returned in a larger size. It was cute. Cut in a little at the sides to show off your figure instead of simply hanging loose. I tried it and they suggested I order it in the same size as the suit. And the best part? They ship it to me free of charge! It would take a week but it would save me from running around. What could be even better than all of this? I received a discount for my purchase amount being above $100. Both ladies were so nice and made me feel appreciated and beautiful. All the stress of finding the perfect matching suit for the event gone. Definitely recommend.

They steamed everything for me so all I had to do was take it out of the bag and wear it. That was so appreciated as I also had to get 5 kids dressed that day.
