She never first asked her to see the receipt. Asked her if she spoke English, and was generally rude to my friend. I am a retired Grocery Manager at Albertsons. If I had treated a customer like that I would have gotten a visit from my supervisor. Maybe some training is in order, on how to handle this situation is needed. After waiting in a long line with one cashier, they finally got another one, this lady actually had a badge that said she was management, so the expectations were raised a bit. With the first customer, she promptly left somewhere into the back and didn't return for about 10 minutes when she finally came back with a box which apparently wasn't even what the customer needed. You should've seen the confusion on the face of "management". At this point, since I was already 20 minutes into a five minute quick store, check out I finally came to the realization that this was not meant to be so to save me what was probably going to be another 20 minutes of waiting, I headed out. This entire store is consignment sporting goods stuff. Tents, sleeping bags, fishing equipment, black powder, ammunition and clothes such as boots and jackets. They even have an on sight gunsmith that really knows his shit. The staff was extremely helpful and really went all out to help us. The prices are considerably lower than buying new and the equipment was all in very reasonable shape. This place really is great to just browse. I found a few bags of 45 acp for dirt cheap. The parking is simple and the area is quiet. I will be checking this place out occasionally just to see what they have.

The selection was pretty good and all the hot prepared food looked really good- especially the chicharron. We definitely got a lot of weird looks being the only non-Spanish speaking Caucasian people in the store, but most everyone we encountered was nice. I brought my own bags as they charge 25 cents per bag. The girl checking us out at the register could have been more friendly. She made us feel a bit more out of place than we already felt with not even a half smile the entire encounter. The ladies at the meat counter were much more friendly. We will probably skip coming back to avoid feeling awkward for buying food, but overall it is a great store that is well stocked and nice and clean! They also have outstanding prices!
