We sat near the front window for the natural light, as it was a lovely day. The food took an inordinately long time to come out and there is no music or anything else, so it was very awkward and quiet. Once our food came, we had a very hard time enjoying it because there was 6-7 flies buzzing around us and trying to land on our food. It was very distracting and frustrating. What we did eat was sort of bland and the rice was sort of dry... tasted a bit like it had been reheated in a microwave. 2 stars because the young woman who served us was very nice and the Thai iced tea we had was delicious in addition to the shrimp. Definitely not worth paying the extra dollar for two slices of cucumber! I paid almost $15 for this Gyro that lacked crisp veggies and they were stingy with the Feta cheese! Only a few crumbles. The outside seating area has trash and debris from the previous day...we were there right after open... needs to be swept. Doesn't appear like it has been pressure washed in a while either. Planters are smeared with dirt, concrete stained with food buildup and tables need a bath. The inside is just as bad, which starts at the front door. Front glass looks awful...smears, dirt, grime, and streaks galore. There are also signs peeling and tape residue left from signage that used to be present. Soda machine and bathrooms were also beneath expectations. You can't have a "thank you for supporting small business" sign if you aren't doing your part. I would love to support you in the future, BUT service and cleanliness must improve.
