A minimal amount of white sauce was initially added to the platter, so, they leave room for you to add more to your preference. Equal amounts of chicken and beef were provided; the platter itself is a generous portion, so, I think one platter could possibly serve 2 people. Literally the best place for Mediterranean food in wayne. The owner goes out of his way to make you feel valued and make sure you get the best food possible. Food is Kosher/Halal and they have many Vegeterian options. We usually get the super real hummus and a combo platter to start for take out and have been experimenting with the menu for only about a week or so. Listen to me, this food is so good, I was actually sad when I took my last bite of chicken shawarma sandwich. It was one of the most flavorful shawarma I have ever had. Just enough of everything on the sandwich. The sauce isn't tzatziki that I'm familiar with, but it's very tasty and they give you as much you want which is an awesome thing for a shop to do. Got the app sampler, which had babaganoush (perfectly smokey and great consistency), humus (great and fresh), Labneh (great and fresh), and something that seemed liked eggplant caponata (great and fresh), a couple of kibbeh (GOOD) and some falafel also good. Enough of everything for wife and I (adults and of 'average' weight) to make two meals of. I just wanted to keep eating everything, long after I was full. Just had some leftovers and had to come and leave this review. To the owner -- Please, can I come to your house some Sunday for dinner to try a home cooked meal? I'll bring wine, be in and out after the food is gone and I will argue on behalf of whichever political party you favor. I'll write songs about your ancestors and how mighty they were. I promise I will be the most polite dinner guest in the history of dinners. Anyway, the rest of you, go eat here and delight in food that is prepared excellently.
