I recently had GV Home Solutions replace 15 windows and 1 patio door, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. From the very beginning, their communication was excellent. Valentina and Guram were responsive, explained all the details clearly, and even gave thoughtful recommendations about what to replace and what could be kept, rather than pushing unnecessary work. One thing that stood out was how they scheduled my window order proactively, it saved me three weeks and allowed the work to begin as early as possible. They scheduled me with a lot of flexibility, even on a weekend, and completed everything in just a day and a half. That included discovering an unexpected issue during installation, which Guram and team handled professionally by explaining the problem, the solution, and the added cost upfront. Despite the added work, they stayed on schedule and delivered great results. The quality of the installation is excellent. Compared to my previous windows, everything now feels much sturdier, better sealed, and built to last. They also cleaned up thoroughly after the job, leaving my space spotless, which I really appreciated. They also did me a favor to clean other things up with their tools. If you're looking for a contractor who is skilled, honest, proactive, and respectful of your time and home, I would definitely recommend GV Home Solutions. This has been one of the best contractor experiences I've had. read more

We are very happy that we chose GV Home Solutions to be our glazing contractor! Their competence, keen attention to customers' needs, extensive expertise in working with HOA architectural rules and regulations, and desire to help us find the best windows and doors that meet our budget are impressive. Being in glazing business for over 20 years as licensed contractor, Valentina knew how to properly and quickly prepare all required documentation for the HOA Architectural committee and we had a worry-free paperwork experience in getting approval. The installation made by the company crew was also exemplary: the entire scope of removing old and installing new windows and patio doors was completed with excellent quality in less than 12 business hours, including neat patching and hauling off the old materials. After the completion, the contractor even registered the warranty for the installed windows and doors themselves so we did not have to spend our time on this. Our condo looks beautiful now on the outside and on the inside as well! We would definitely recommend GV Home Solutions to anyone looking for either a replacement or an installation of new windows or patio doors and wanting to be happy with their investments. read more

Valentina and Guram make the perfect complementary team. They are knowledgeable, responsive, efficient and helpful. I had reached out to several companies for bids to replace my decades old and somewhat abnormal sliding door installation. Perhaps some thought the job too small, because these other companies would not physically come to look at our existing door. They gave bids based on photos they had me text to them (or ignored me completely). I felt very uncomfortable with the photo bid method and their lack of attention, BUT after reading reviews for Valentina and Guram, I called them, and they came immediately to look at my project and explain their recommendations. Valentina is so organized, she was constantly in touch to let me know status, scheduling, and what to expect. Guram and his team installed the door beautifully. They were detail oriented, utilizing laser levels to ensure perfection, and dust covers in my room to ensure everything stayed clean. Bottom line, I love my new sliding door and wish that I had known about GV Home Solutions and reached out to them years ago. read more

Guram and Valentina are the absolute best! From start to finish, they communicated with us every step of the way, whether through texts, phone calls, or e-mails. Everything was clear, timely, and professional. We hired them to replace all of our old existing windows and also the sliding glass patio doors. They explained the different available options for the new windows to us in detail and answered all of our questions patiently and professionally. The total cost was very reasonable, and the quality of the Milgard windows and glass doors was excellent. We had used Milgard windows before when we lived in Oregon, and we were never disappointed with their quality. Guram installed the windows himself and made sure everything was done properly and neatly. We loved the look of the new Milgard windows. They made the house look so much nicer. The soundproofing of the street-facing windows made the house much quieter during the busy hours. We highly recommend GV Home Solutions to everyone who needs new windows! read more

I recently hired GV Home Solutions to replace the windows in my home and I couldn't be happier with the results. I have small windows and I was afraid that I'll loose a lot of light because the samples I saw at other companies had bulky thick frames. Valentina helped me choose thinner frames with more glass and it looks spectacular. The installation was done quickly and with great attention to detail. The windows have made a noticeable difference in both the appearance and energy efficiency of my home. The cost was reasonable. The customer service was great - Valentina and Guram were always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had and made sure I was completely satisfied with the final product. Great company and service! What I thought would be a complicated service (scheduling and payments happening with my traveling parents and myself in town for onsite work) was a very smooth and easy process. They maintained a thread with all involved parties for ease of inclusion. Service happened faster than the original time frame that was given. The installation team was on time, very professional, did a fantastic job, and cleaned up after themselves! read more
