The girl at the counter was taking my order and decided to answer her phone while taking my order, and I will say that it was hard enough to understand her with the cultural language gap between the two of us. I didn't see heat choices for the sauces, but there were descriptions of each. While I wanted a hot buffalo, I got buffalo with no heat. I do like to dip that in Cajun seasoning, but she told me that wasn't available on the side. I did discover though when I went to eat it that there was Cajun seasoning on my fries, which is OK. My boneless chicken was really juicy and cooked perfectly, so I guess my only complaint was the lack of heat in the sauce and that I couldn't get Cajun on them, or for them also. it seems that the entire time I was there waiting for my food and looking around the girl in the front was on her phone as well as the Cook in the back.
