4 pack of sliders (pork, chicken, 2 briskets), Mac & cheese, potato wedges
    Rebecca M.

I don't ever see this place posted but it was delicious! The prices are very good ! They have family packs and small specials - you can eat in or take to go ! I got the 4 pack of sliders which was 11.99 and came with a side . Their Mac & cheese is good and creamy . The potato wedges I added on extra - they were okay but I wouldn't get them again . Richie's or Lee's are definitely better. The sliders I got were pulled chicken , pulled pork & 2 brisket. The bbq is sweet and pickles come on the sandwich. They also have 2 other sauces . The pulled chicken had a seasoning on it that was so good . If you're in Monroe checking out the traders world like I was I definitely recommend checking it out. ! The service was excellent even tho the employee was definitely new !

Ordered to go, I think the food for the price and quality is very good deal, will definitely visit again! I enjoyed cornbread and wish I would've ordered a full order for more pieces. The Mac and cheese is okay, I prefer thicker cheese sauce and more baked Mac and cheese. The wings and rib tips had good smoked flavor.

12oz Pulled Pork Platter with Collard Greens, Rice and Beans & Texas Toast
    Rhonda M.

Hubby & I were in the mood for BBQ so we decided to eat here. We perused the menu & then went to the counter to order. He got the $17.99 rib tips meal with 2 sides - green beans and mac & cheese. I ordered the $17.99 pulled pork meal with 2 sides - collard greens and rice & beans. Both of our meals came with Texas Toast. I asked for Tabasco or any other hot sauce & was told they didn't have any. All BBQ joints should have hot sauce! When our food was ready, it was delivered to our table. There were 3 bottles of BBQ sauce on the table - House/Hot/Carolina. My pulled pork was okay - a little fattier than it should have been. The Carolina sauce made it taste pretty good. The collards were not flavorful. The rice & beans were sweet which was strange. Hubby said his ribs tips were good but a few were tough & chewy. He loved the mac & cheese and green beans. We topped off our meal with a slice of lemon blueberry mascarpone cake for $4.99. It was just about the best cake I've ever tasted! I'd return just for that. I would like to try their lunch specials in the near future.

Brisket is great and would recommend. The pulled pork is also a solid option. Sides could be better. Overall would recommend.

It was like a small city that I had never heard about. There were so many stores and restaurants all around. The atmosphere was amazing, there was a celebration in the square for Juneteenth and the live band and singers were wonderful. The food at Cowboy Sallys was delicious. I got the Coca-Cola Short Ribs and they were so good. The mashed potatoes were creamy and the short rib fell apart like butter. My friends each got a sandwich and they loved them. We ended the meal with dessert, their bread pudding and chocolate lava cake. They were both delicious, and the cake was nice and warm. Our server told us that the lava cake is supposed to come with ice cream and they ran out, so she took it off our bill which was very nice. While the service was very kind and welcoming, it was a little slow. Our server took a while to come to the table in the beginning and was somewhat absent during the dining experience. The host came over to take our order because she was busy. But they were both very nice when they did come to the table and chatted with us. Overall it was very fun and the food was really good, and it was the perfect night with nice weather and live music not far away.

Lots of black, blue, darker colors, but nowhere near as macabre. Pleasant, though. We were given menus, cool, leather bound mini binders. (These are way different than other pics from earlier reviews) Really neat selection of house drinks (adult beverages) wide selection of Bourbons, whiskey and tequila. My wife got the Berry Naughty, (see menu pic for description) Evan waited on us. I ordered the Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwich, Hickory-smoked pulled pork + Tangy Carolina gold BBQ sauce + Southern slaw + House pickles + Cowboy Crack Sauce + Buttered brioche with fries. It has coleslaw and their special Cowboy Crack sauce on it. The pulled pork was cooked well, huge amount of meat. Definitely not shredded, but pulled apart. A few chunks were at least 2" in length and about 1 1/4" wide. Also, it comes with a boq sauce already on it, besides their special sauce. My preference is the pork has no boq sauce on it but it's at the table to add if it's needed. But, gotta say this, HUGE amount of meat, and a tasty bun. Fries were good, but not spectacular or special. Their ketchup has some kick to it, so that was pretty neat. But, my taste buds were almost confused with the special sauce, the bbq sauce and then the ketchup. My wife ordered the Coca-Cola Braised Short Rib Slow-braised short rib + Coca-Cola reduction + Buttery whipped potatoes + Smothered green beans + Crispy tobacco onions. Next time I may order that. I tasted the meat and mashed potatoes, yeh, really yummy! All in all, a good night, really good service, not too noisy, nice decor (several lights looked burnt out in a corner chandelier and a a dark evening, it would be difficult to see a menu. Just sayin') Not a big drinker but definitely a large selection of adult beverages. Would definitely make it a fun evening. Yeh, warrants a return visit with friends!!

We were in town for an event and were ready for dinner far earlier than our reservation but the hostess got us in no problem. Our server, David, was terrific. He is the only server who has ever convinced me that ordering Wagyu was worth the money. He sold us on the 14oz Australian Wagyu which in his words "was the best steak he had ever eaten" and after having it, I couldn't agree more. The steak was perfectly cooked, beautifully plated since we shared, and it melted in your mouth. The char on the outside was ridiculous in the best way. We also had oysters on the half shell broiled with Cajun butter, lobster Mac n cheese, and corn brûlée. All of it was delicious. I wish we would have ordered the bread with candlestick butter, it looked amazing. Totally worth the money, will make a drive from Columbus just to have that steak again.

The space itself has an eclectic, upscale vibe that adds to the overall experience. The food backed it up. We had the Japanese crab cake, grilled oysters, Baby Wedge (not so baby), and split the 16oz Wagyu ribeye with truffle butter. Sides were mushrooms and the potato mille-feuille -- that potato is a must-order. The steak was cooked perfectly medium rare and incredibly tender, and the crab cake was packed with large chunks of crab. The oysters were good, but everything else really stood out. Dessert was an espresso crème brûlée and finished the meal exactly how you'd want. Service was excellent. David took great care of us -- knew the menu, made good recommendations, and kept things moving without ever feeling rushed. The place was absolutely spotless -- from the dining room to the smallest details. Around $400 for two all in, and worth it for a special night out.

Good food, relaxed atmosphere, and a place where a bunch of us can sit down and fellowship together after the meeting. Tonight was a very special night for me personally as I celebrated 5 years clean, and our group showed up a little north of 50 people. Anyone who's worked in a restaurant knows that's a lot -- especially when you throw multiple separate checks into the mix. Our two servers were phenomenal. They handled everything with patience, professionalism, and great attitudes the entire night. Orders were right, the food came out hot, fresh, and delicious, and they somehow kept everything organized with a room full of us. I also want to give a shout out to the bussers, food runners, and kitchen staff, because they were clearly working their tails off behind the scenes. Our tables were constantly being cleared, food was coming out quickly, and everything stayed running smoothly all night. I honestly don't know how they managed that many orders and checks in such a short amount of time, but they absolutely crushed it. What meant a lot to me was hearing people in our group -- especially those who had never been there before -- talking about how much they loved the atmosphere, the service, and the food. To the entire team at Clubhouse tonight: thank you for helping make a really special night even more special. We appreciate you more than you know. Special thank you to Sandy for helping us plan all of this and getting it all pulled together in such a short amount of time. If you're in the Monroe area and looking for a great place to eat, I can't recommend Clubhouse Sports Grill enough.
