Turns out the entire heated patio is first come, first served, and we were seated almost immediately. It was one of those windy Indiana afternoons where the cold finds every gap in your jacket. I fully expected to spend lunch shivering. Somehow, the heated patio felt warmer than the restaurant itself. Between the TVs, football on every screen, and the patio heaters, we had zero complaints. Now let's talk about the famous pepperoni-stuffed breadsticks. They're a must. And order your own nacho cheese. Seriously. Don't expect anyone to share. I could eat a shoe dipped in their cheese and probably enjoy every bite. The breadsticks always arrive piping hot, stuffed with gooey mozzarella, and if we're judging on a cheese-pull scale...I'm giving them a solid 7/10 on the stretch meter. As for our server, Zach...what a true gem. He's one of those people I'd honestly be surprised to hear anyone say they didn't like. Funny, quick with the jokes, and somehow kept up with the chaos without missing a beat. He also made sure my lemon drop martinis never had a chance to get lonely. Since I wasn't driving, he happily assisted me in...staying hydrated. The place was busy enough that we couldn't stand around chatting long, but he's the kind of person you'd genuinely enjoy running into again. We've been here twice now, and both visits have been consistently great. Whether you're stopping in to catch the game, escape the cold on the heated patio, or simply satisfy a craving for those ridiculously good breadsticks, Ale Emporium continues to be one of our favorite spots. Just don't skip the breadsticks...and trust me, order your own cheese. You'll understand after the first bite.

Because that's what this is for is to review the actual food that the consumer consumes. I got my wings delivered door dash roughly 10:45pm opened the box and the presentation was nice they have little slots for the ranch cups to sit in and wings actually looked pretty good. Now, have you ever gotten grocery store bagged chicken wings and you cook them in the oven for not long enough and the breading is soggy and chicken is chewy and undercooked? That's what this was like. I immediately thought," well maybe they aren't all like this." No, they were all like that. I got the Cajun wings, now myself I like wings with some crunch to them like Ale Emporium has a phenomenal wing. This place has no business making wings flavor was garbage tasted like someone sprinkled lowrys on a wing and tried pulling it off. This isn't the worst part. Come 1am I was doing the bathroom dance sick as could be then lost a days worth of work because I had food poisoning the entire following day. Long story short. There are plenty of great places in the Castleton Area to get wings. DO NOT MAKE THIS A PLACE FOR WINGS!!! YOU MAY BE DOING THE BATHROOM DANCE AT 1am like I was!

The cashier was hanging out the window arguing with customers. Had customers waiting extended times to only tell us they are sold out of everything. We literally waited 17 mins in line behind 1 car. I ordered online, came through the drive through and after saying my name 5 times they finally said pull up. I asked if there was a spoon in there ( i had mashed potatoes), she immediately said yea. I sat at the drivethru and opened the bag to look and there was no spoon so I asked her for one and she shut the window. I didn't see any napkin either so I waited right there till she reluctantly opened the window and I said there are no napkins and asked can I have some. She handed my the napkins and closed the window of corse glaring at me the whole time like I had personal offended her. Now to the food, I asked for the sauce on the side since I was using a new sauce I've never tried and off corse the boneless wings were swimming in the sauce and of course it was a disgusting sauce. The sauce was honey lemon and it tasted like the fake lemon in sour candy. The only decent part of the meal was the mashed potatoes... which I would not be able to eat without a spoon!

We ordered the combo special number F for $39.99. It came with one lobster tail, half a pound of snow, crab legs, and half a pound of shrimp. We added half a pound of sausage for an additional $7.99. The combo came with one corn and two potatoes. We also added an additional corn for $1.25. You pick your own seasoning with options of Cajun, Garlic Butter, Garlic Butter with Seasoning, or the Juicy Sauce (which is all of the above). We ordered the juicy sauce. You also select your spice level from mild, medium, hot and extra hot. We got the medium. Your dinner is served in a large boil bag. Dinner comes with a bib and gloves to wear while eating. Did I mention this was extremely casual? The food was served, hot and cooked to order. It had a good flavor. The medium was not very spicy in our opinion. We will probably try the hot the next time. I know snow crabs are tiny and a lot of work, but these were very tiny and a whole lot of work. We probably will not get them with our order next time. All that said, the food had a good taste. Very messy so be prepared. Service was good and our waiter was very friendly. He made good suggestions on the menu. The bill was accurate.
