watched this guy with no gloves or hands touch chicken. This is also the guy that was sweeping and touching food without washing.

Wish I could give zero or negative stars to this one. Stopped in today 2:30pm and ordered a 8 piece family meal all white original with coleslaw. They had not coleslaw so ended up with redbeans and rice. When I got home I had 5 pieces of chicken (1 breast (spicy), 2 thighs (spicy), 1 wing (spicy), 1 wing (original). a container of redbeans and rice with a lid broken and 1/3 of it spilled in the sack, NO biscuits (should have been 4). I called the store and was told they can't refund over the phone I had to come back into the store. I returned to the store at 4:38 (2h 8m after I paid) i was told that they have already switched their cash over to Sunday and therefore could no longer provide refunds. I demanded a refund and they still kept saying they couldn't give one. I asked for the regional mangers name and number and was told "they don't talk to normal people" So I guess employes are "special". After discussing with at least 4 managers at the site and them calling, I assume the super secret regional manage, they finally provided a cash refund. So the order issue was bad, the service when I came back was worse but the staff was HORRIBLE. Multiple people not wearing mask for gloves touching food. I watched one person sweep up stuff then use their hands to help get the trash into the dustpan then immediately when over and got chicken out of the basket for an order. Another woman was making sandwiches who WAS wearing gloves, no mask, I was like OK better then between making sandwiches she, with her gloved hands, readjusted her hair. Employees had cell phones sitting in trays used to hold drive through orders. Drinks being drank just sitting around next to customer food. This place seriously needs a health inspector check which I will be calling the Marion County health department on Monday as I'm sure they are violating several regulations.

I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, Cajun fries, and banana cake. The chicken sandwich did not disappoint! The chicken was moist, the spice level was perfect, and the sandwich in general a bit greasy but definitely not as bad as what I've experienced with other chicken sandwiches. The Cajun fries had a good flavor but were cold (although that could have more to do with the GrubHub driver than the restaurant itself). The banana cake was just ok. The whipped topping on top was great, but the cake had that distinct fake banana flavor and I would have liked to see at least a couple of slices of banana either on top or in the actual cake.

Worst location I've been too ever. Never have anything you want. No sandwiches and $20 for tenders that are tiny. Overall terrible

Good chicken sandwiches, very crunchy, crispy and juicy. Biscuits also good. But super slow... not just for me but everyone in line.

Once you step inside, it's much bigger than it looks, and the patio is reason enough to visit all by itself. The outdoor space is one of my favorite parts--string lights overhead, plenty of seating, and just an all-around laid-back atmosphere that's perfect for enjoying a drink on a nice day. The drink prices were surprisingly reasonable too, which never hurts. Brooke and Daniel took great care of me and made the experience even better. Friendly service always stands out, and they definitely delivered. I ended up ordering the pulled pork pizza to take home, and that turned out to be a fantastic decision. The smoky pulled pork, tangy barbecue sauce, and generous layer of cheese all worked together perfectly. It was one of those pizzas where you keep reaching for "just one more slice." Bonus points for something a lot of places overlook: the bathrooms were spotless. Clean enough that you actually notice--and yes, they even smelled clean. Whether you're looking for a casual neighborhood bar, a great patio to relax on, or surprisingly good food, Dugout Bar checks all the boxes. I'll definitely be back.

Boy oh boy the greens were the star and wow my tastebuds were incredibly satisfied. I've had greens but these were like some ultimate flavors and holy greens i definitely could just order some of these every now and again by themselves. Mac was great. Definitely complimented the greens. The tenders though omg. The flavor was insane. I gotta try them with the waffles next time for sure. Overall the wait wasn't long and my food was still hot. I ended up sharing with my son and he was even raving about it. Great service, fun and lit atmosphere, last but not least food was fire. Side note: people complain about price but I'll be honest, when the food is good and staff are amazing, the price to me doesn't matter. I felt that there was a sweetness to the flavor that I liked, which I could see not everyone enjoying. There is also a hot dusting over the french fries which exacerbates any discomfort people are having from the heat. There really wasn't anything to cool it down. The macaroni and cheese was piping hot, although not spicy.

We complimented it, asked where they found it, and before we knew it, we were chatting with a wonderful couple who had traveled all the way from overseas just to watch Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever play that night. Moments like that are one of the reasons I love Indianapolis on game days. The patio was the perfect place to soak it all in. Fever fans filled the sidewalks, kids proudly carried homemade signs, and there was an excitement in the air that only comes from a city rallying behind its team. We could have people-watched for hours. Our waitress was exactly what every server should strive to be. Friendly, relaxed, and genuinely fun to talk to, she somehow mastered the art of appearing right before we found ourselves looking around for her. We never felt rushed, but we also never waited for anything. The food held up its end of the bargain too. The fried mozzarella disappeared embarrassingly fast and earned a solid 9.3 on my unofficial stretch meter. Crispy on the outside, perfectly gooey inside, with a marinara sauce that was every bit as good as the cheese itself. The chef salad was fresh, generously loaded with toppings, and easily big enough for a meal. I honestly couldn't tell you what beer I ordered... Because what I remember most is the experience. Sharing appetizers on a sunny patio, meeting fellow basketball fans from halfway around the world, and watching Indianapolis come alive before tipoff. Our server was friendly and responsive to one member of our group (male) but repeatedly didn't acknowledge another (female). This wasn't a one-time thing, it happened several times over the course of our visit, and it came across as dismissive. As for the drinks: beer prices were nice and cheap, but the margarita was on the expensive side and not really worth it. The place seems geared toward bigger dinner crowds, which may be why a two-person drinks-only table didn't get much attention, but being essentially ignored isn't a great look either way. We wouldn't return. 2/5.
