Adam was recommended to us by the Phinney Neighborhood Association, and this is the second year that we have had him clean our gutters. He is licensed and insured, arrives promptly, is very professional, and does great work. And, as it turned out that this year's cleaning was not as involved as last years, Adam adjusted his quote accordingly - a pleasant surprise.
But, the quality that I like best about Adam is that he listens to his customers and respects their specific needs. We have an old roof, and we asked him not to climb on it because the tiles are old and fragile. Very few contractors would agree to this condition because it takes more time and energy to clean gutters from a ladder. After briefly discussing the situation, and a minor adjustment to our quote to accommodate the additional time required, Adam did as we asked without question. I greatly appreciated that Adam did not try to "convince" me that it would be OK to climb up on my roof.
Adam also lives in the neighborhood, and I like to support my neighbors whenever possible. We will use him again next year, and would recommend him to anybody looking to have their gutters cleaned. He is a pleasure to work with.
