She realized we were new, walked us to the counter, and patiently guided us through the entire menu, including the soups and desserts. Her hospitality really set the tone for the meal! We tried a variety of flavors and sides, and honestly, everything hit the mark: Both the Fruity Fran and Classic Carol on croissants were fresh and delicious. The Chicken Tortilla Soup and Pasta Salad were great, but the Mac & Cheese stole the show--it was incredibly creamy and had that "homemade" feel. The Grape Salad was a winner, and you can't beat the complimentary cookie with that signature buttercream frosting. They have cake looks amazing.b Whatever you do, get the Freshly Brewed Peach Tea. It was easily the highlight of the meal! Sommer even checked back on us to explain the app and the survey. Even though I missed out on my double points this time (lesson learned!), the service and quality convinced us. We are already excited to come back and work our way through the rest of the menu!

Looks and seems clean. I think that years from now they will regret having carpet in the dining area. (My keiki were dropping and spilling stuff all over.) I mean, even after I cleaned it up, years from now with other kids... it's gonna get stink. Good to try out and say you did... but I don't think I'd come back again. Aloha

My wife picked up dinner and got a chicken and waffle Sandwich. I have made the comment a couple…read moreof times that it is not the lunch/dinner portion. Today, I actually got my scale and weighed it and it weighed approximately 160 grams. According to what I read about the two sizes, the dinner portion was supposed to weigh approximately 233 grams or 40% larger than the breakfast portion. I took a picture of it on my scale with a napkin underneath. I presented it to the Director(a young woman probably early 20's) and said this was the breakfast portion. She proceeded to tell me that they stopped serving the breakfast portion at 10:30. I showed her the picture of what the lunch/dinner portion size was supposed to be and then showed the picture of the weight of the portion I received. She asked me if I wanted another sandwich and I told her that she just said that I would be getting the same sandwich because they stopped serving breakfast at 10:30. I wanted to speak to the owner and come to find out, according to her, the owner very seldom comes in but she indicated he might be there in the morning but she has no idea. That just fueled the fire a little more. That said, this is not my only complaint. The last several times we have been to both Prattville locations our orders have been incorrect, no straws or napkins. This has been a regular occurrence lately. I think the owner might want to work a little more often! The sad thing is I think the chicken and waffle is probably one of the best things they have created! BUYERS BEWARE IF PURCHASING A CHICKEN AND WAFFLE SANDWICH!!!! Because they evidently are more interested in the bottom line instead of honesty! Oh, on top of that, it is ridiculous that you cannot make a complaint to Chick Fila without the order number, store number, and date of service. We could not find receipt.

I am a big fan of Chipotle. It is a superior and more healthy fast food option than the usual slew of fast food burger joints.
