I've been a HUGE gusto! fan since their first location's opening so I was stoked to find a location much closer to me. I ordered through DoorDash tonight and received the entirely wrong order with someone else's name on the order slip inside a bag with my name on it. This is not DoorDash's mistake as it was put in the incorrect bag. Still leaving four stars because they provide incredible service inside all their locations but I was very disappointed to not receive the same level of service tonight. read more

We eat at this spot at least once a week, it's that good. Went in for a late Thursday Dinner and was helped by Paul. From the moment we walked in he was more than friendly and made the experience super pleasant. He also recommended trying the Chipotle sauce with the sweet potato chips and it was exceptional. Second time at a Gusto. I'm sorry but the value isn't there when compared to Chopt or Upbeet. It's expensive for just 3 or 4 ordinary ingredients presented in a pedestrian way. This Chamblee location is pleasant enough and it has a nice outdoor screened patio. But aside from that, I don't imagine coming back. It's just too expensive for what you get. read more

Welcome to the Chamblee - Brookhaven neighborhood. Was excited about the new chipotle-style concept, but was honestly disappointed. For starters great location and store front. Very vibrant and fun atmosphere but unfortunately they fall short where it matters most, food. Maybe I'm a harsh critique but these days there are heavy hitters out there. The concept is easy it's a 3 step process . First pick a protein. This is where they need to add another veggie option along side the mushroom, maybe a tofu option. Second you pick a base salad brown rice or wrap or combo of rice/salad. Then you pick your topping style. I picked the chipotle mango option which was okay . The flavor was okay a bit on the sweeter side. I was hoping for a few more sauce options or maybe a build your own option. Also they had signs everywhere to leave a 5 star review to get a free beverage so I wouldn't trust all reviews. Businesses need to earn their 5 star reviews. Maybe, just ask people to review and offer a free fountain drink. read more

I just left here and the food is delicious i got the tazaziki lemon artichoke bowl and the food was amazing. The staff are friendly and the team seems happy to be here. The manger, Imani, noticed that today is my birthday and gave me a free dessert. Very open and friendly environment. Very great food. I will definitely be back! Eh, it's okay. The menu is kind of complicated to understand without having it explained. I got the mango avocado chicken bowl with chicken. It reminded me of a less fresh, sub-par chipotle. The chicken in the bowl is only dark meat, which for the price, I would expect some white meat. Everything else including the mango salsa didn't taste that fresh. read more

Very solid. Easy to get in and park, and the interior is bright and airy with an attractive outdoor seating area. Ordered the chipotle mango avocado with chicken (half rice/half salad). gusto! had been on my list for YEARS but for some reason I didn't get around to it until now. Boy was I missing out! I'm so glad there is a location closer to my house now. I tried the sweet soy sriracha bowl with mushrooms and my husband had the lemon artichoke bowl with mushrooms -- both were delicious! The sweet potato chips that come with your entree order are addicting. Service was friendly and quick. My only qualm was that my bowl was supposed to come with cherry tomatoes and I literally only had 1/2 of one cherry tomato in my entire bowl. Definitely something I got past because all of the other positives made up for it. Looking forward to visiting again! read more

I went to this location, and their bowls are horrible. I ordered the tahi cucumber feta, and the chicken in my bowl was cut in huge chunks, and not small pieces like the other locations. My chicken had so much fat on it which was discussing, the mixed greens was withered, looked old, and taste dirty like they didn't even bother washing the mixed greens off. They are just throwing these bowls together, and not paying attention to what they are putting in them. I ended up throwing the entire bowl away, and it was so soggy that, I couldn't even eat it. I was a fan of gusto! Ponce before the Chamblee store opened, and now I am a big fan of Chamblee, too! I love all the different possible combinations of food, the freshness of the ingredients, the fast service and the capable, passionate staff. My order is always taken quickly and correctly, and tastes delicious. In fact, after writing this review, I think I am headed there now for dinner! Really great food! Nice service, fast, really good option for something healthier on the go, super love drive trough option, especially with healthy fast options being a rarity. I do suggest getting a key pad for the drive through that can be passed through the window. I paid with debit in the drive through and the clerk verbally asked for my pin. Not the most comfortable thing security wise, but wasn't her fault, the restaurant needs the right tools. read more
