I'm a huge fan of gusto! The first time I heard about it was when my office catered from gusto! some years back and I've been hooked ever since. I love this location because it was near my old work and has a drive thru. I wish there was a location near me in Gwinnett county area with a drive thru. I would be up in there every week. Seriously. The gusto! team has always been friendly and helpful. Pretty quick turnaround from order to when you food comes out. They are super sweet to my pup too when she rides along with me. I'm also a fan of their sauces and love how you can pair your bowl with any of the sauces. Ingredients are fresh and pretty decent size portions too. Also, I'm OBSESSED with their sweet potato chips. Insanely good!! I would buy a big bag of this if they sold them packaged that way. They make it fresh and you can tell. This place is amazing! I originally referred to it as a "healthy Chipotle" but it is in a class all its own. The staff is extremely friendly, offering excellent customer service and detailed suggestions. Since we visited for the first time during the COVID-19 pandemic, we enjoyed the outdoor patio which has floor to ceiling screens so you can enjoy a lovely breeze. The food was superb. It's very tasty, yet filling. I love the pre-selected starter options for your meal. I got the chipotle mango avocado and added spicy chicken and grilled shrimp. The chicken wasn't as spicy as I expected but the spicy chipotle cream sauce definitely brought out the flavor. My bowl had the perfect amount of toppings and they all worked well together. The atmosphere and attention to detail definitely won me over. There's a cute play area that's appropriate for children and adults alike. It includes some metal stairs to sit/climb on and a mini golf course. There's also a large avocado angel mural! The final touches that won me over were the extremely clean facilities and the complementary mouthwash in the bathroom (which was self-contained and single serve)! Will definitely be visiting again. In my head this place was a 5/5 for a good while. The last three times: no fork, no sweet potato chips, bag 1/2 empty chips, staff let me sit there and didn't bother letting me know my order was ready to go when I was feeling ill from being so hungry. I live in the area and visited this location when they first opened in late 2019 but I hadn't been since. Fast forward to this year and I got a coupon in the mail to try out their new summer flavor (Jalapeño Verde Ranch). The Jalapeño Verde Ranch is supposed to be a limited time flavor but I really hope they keep it on the menu because it's so good. They use a jalapeño avocado salsa to toss the ingredients in and heat wise it has a nice kick to it. There are also small sliced pieces of jalapeño along with hominy and caramelized onions. Their grilled chicken is really good, a nice char but still juicy, and they give you a very generous portion of it. Other recommended flavors. I've tried the Sweet Soy Sriracha bowl (at the Ponce location) and it's also good. I've also had their Tzatziki lemon artichoke flatbread (both here and at Ponce) and it's absolutely delicious. Prior to the jalapeño verde ranch that flatbread was my go to order at Gusto. The way ordering works is you pick your flavor, then your base (greens, brown rice, half greens and half brown rice, or a flatbread), then the protein (grilled chicken, spicy grilled chicken, grilled shrimp, tofu, or avocado slices). Each order comes with a bag of sweet potato chips. The sweet potato chips are airy, crunchy, and lightly sprinkled with salt - delicious. They also sell alcohol through their drive thru which I haven't seen before. Since it's so close to my house, I've always done drive through and taken my food home but you can see the inside from the outside with the tall glass walls and it's a very nice, open space with a bright, industrial vibe. Price wise you're looking at about $10 plus tax for a meal (not including drinks or a dessert) which is a good deal considering the quality of the food and the portions you get. Wait times for your food are very reasonable as well - just a couple of minutes. Parking is limited but I love this location 1) because it's so conveniently located and 2) more importantly, it has a drive thru. My boyfriend has been to the location in downtown so he recommended this place immediately when they opened up a location in Brookhaven. Parking was plentiful, and they have a drive thru which I will definitely be utilizing for my next visit. Walking in, the restaurant is big, well lit, and very welcoming. The workers immediately and warmly welcomed us, to the point that my boyfriend asked if I knew these people! We ordered and got our food very quickly. I really enjoyed my tahini chicken rice bowl. It has feta and cucumbers and grilled chicken that all combined came out to be very tasty. The sweet potato chips that came with the meal were so yummy and I'd come back just for those honestly. You will not know this unless you are a regular or until you arrive at the pick up window even though there are people taking your order at the drive thru. It's not as if they are "Chick Filet" busy so not sure was not sure they were there but keep reading. As I'm waiting to pay ( for what will total $12.00 plus for a kids meal) smh, I see the customer in front of me continuously tapping an iPad from the receiving clerk. Once I drove up and presented my cash, he informs me that Gustos does not accept cash because they want to ensure that cashiers receive tips, which they split with the outside order takers. I cannot make this ish up. I was presented with a percentage tip ( before I received my food). I relunctantly paid a tip because i did not want my 12,00 kids quesadilla combo to be tampered with and had only 10 minutes to return to work. Gusto is a No Go! NEVER AGAIN! read more

This is a step above the normal "fast casual." Fresh, healthy food that is quick but also tastes really awesome. I'd gotten the ginger lime bowl with spicy chicken and peanut sauce, plus avocado slices. Everything was terrific. Produce was crunchy, meat was seasoned appropriately, and avocado was nice and soft. Peanut sauce was also pretty tasty on top of the salad. I highly recommend trying Gusto if you've not been before and you like this type of cuisine. read more

First, let me say...We LOVE gusto. We have come here several times over the year and the people are always nice. But lately, we have noticed the portion size has reduced SIGNIFICANTLY. The first couple times, we though it was because of medical mondays (Buy one get one free with a medical badge) then we thought it was just a couple of bad nights after that. But tonight has been the worst and my boyfriend was upset when we got home. I've attached pics. The rice amount is laughable. We just want better portion sizes for the amount paid. This place was good but they fell off. I went yesterday to get a half and half bowl with shrimp. The rice was undercooked. The shrimp was over cooked and extremely salty. The sweet potato chips were better when they were made in house. Now they come from somewhere else. Sadly I went through the drive through and I waited until I got home to eat. Gusto is what I wish Chipotle would become. The ability to have real and distinct flavor choices is what makes this fast casual place a success. The grilled chicken was cooked well and the spicy chicken had a nice, but not overpowering spice to it. This being my first visit I tried the Korean bbq bowl and it was really tasty. The flavors worked well and just provided a refreshing take to what fast casual can encompass. I also like the ability to do half greens and brown rice and found that to be a good place for me to incorporate more veggies. The sweet potato chips were addicting to me and I enjoyed having those included. My only con to most fast casual places is the temperature of the food. Like chipotle and others the food is not made to order and thus will not be hot and super fresh. This isn't a make it or break point but something I just wished fast casuals could fix in their workflow process to incorporate more made to order and fresher food. Overall, this is not going to be mind blowing however, in the realm of fast casual dining places it has to be near the top. I wouldn't go out of my way to go here but if I lived or worked near one and it was convenient I would visit a few times a month for sure. read more

Made an order online to be picked up by 215pm. Got there at 222pm and order hasn't even started getting made yet. Waited in the drive thru for about 15min and was given my order without a word from the person shoving it in my face. After driving off with my bag, saw they only filled the bowls half full.... I've ordered from this location plenty of times before (practically once every 2 weeks), but I've progressively noticed they keep getting worse in service and portions. Everything I order I think "this time they'll do better I know it" or " maybe this time??" because the food is very good but I keep getting let down. Maybe I just have bad luck with this place? The restaurant is great, easy to get in and out of and the food is great... staff is courteous BUT they are not thorough nor do they listen well. We talked about "no onions" and confirmed twice that the scallions could be taken off. Got home and guess what was on the salad... yep, onions. Also they put two bags of chips in w 3 meals so left out one... and they did not put the apple juice in for the kids meals. Gusto! is going to be the next Chipotle. I'm not quite sure how to categorize their food, it's asian/American/Greek, but really it's just delicious. I'm a creature of habit when it comes to food in that if I like something, I'll always order the same thing. At Gusto, that's the sweet soy sriracha bowl with chicken. The highlight of this dish is the snow pea, grape tomato, cabbage salad that goes on top. I never eat snow peas but at Gusto I will because that salad is so damn tasty. If you haven't tried it, please do. The food is phenomenal esp for a fast casual establishment plus their founders are local. Some of their locations have drive thru which is a great option if you're looking to reduce your risk of Covid. I ordered the Tzatziki lemon artichoke wrap with avocado for dinner and it came with a small order of sweet potato crisps. I was actually craving a Chipotle burrito but my friend suggested we try this place instead, since I had Chipotle the day before. I do appreciate that the service here is pretty quick which is always nice. They had the option for a salad bowl, rice bowl or the flat bread wrap. I suggest that if you want a fuller meal, you should go for the bowl rather than the wrap because you get more food with their bowls. I thought it'd be like a chipotle-style, super filling burrito, but it was more like an appetizer or snack, Albeit a flavorful one. The sweet pickled onions were extremely crisp and refreshing and it paired well with the couscous and avocado. I ordered through Postmates. They have a good selection of bowls (which is what I noticed). I find it to be similar to Chipotle in the offerings but way better tasting. I'm so satisfied. It's a good size for the money and I like that I got an avocado instead of guacamole (that's more of a personal preference). It tasted great. My favorite new place in the area!! I have been to the Decatur and Buckhead locations once each in the past 6 months, and was so excited that they were building near my neighborhood. First the food quality is excellent, the menu varied enough and everything I have tried is DELICIOUS! I try something different every time. My favorite is the half and half bowl (half rice half salad) with the mango chipotle chicken. Yum. I also like the tazatziki lemon flatbread wrap and the kids options are simple and tasty. The prices are reasonable for the amount and quality. They have vegetarian options as well. The interior has a good bit of tables, and is fairly kid friendly. However the parking= AWFUL! Why they designed a teeny parking lot I will not understand. The spots are super small and fill up quickly. However the drive thru is a solid option and a must many times when you have children that you don't want to have to strap and unstrap them for a quick trip. No where close by has a this option that is not fast food. Thank you guys for doing that at this location. However I will say once at 11:45 I tried to go for lunch and the drive through was blocked off with a cone, and I tried calling several times and no one even answered. I had two sleeping babies in the car so could not go inside. Finally they moved the cone and the girl at the window said she just forgot... come on people get it together! Service- it's a quick service place so you don't have to be waited on. Enjoy the different approach to "fast food" at Gusto! The parking lot had plenty of space, the interior of the restaurant was clean and bright (very bright, a lot of sun) and the line wasn't long at all. We had the chipotle mango half and half bowl. I like being able to do half brown rice and half salad. The chipotle sauce served on top of this fresh production was fantastic. The avocado, mango, and black beans all layered on top of grilled chicken was delicious. I'm excited to try the drive thru at this location which is unique to this particular Gusto! This place recently opened in the brookhaven area so I figured I would give it a shot. The interior of the place is very clean. The menu did not have too many options. You pick your choices then order at the counter. Basically six choices that you could make into a bowl, salad or wrap. I order the salad, spicy chicken with lemon artichoke style. The food arrived very quickly. For the most part, all the items were pre-cooked except the veggies. The chicken was flavorful but you can tell it had dried out some. The would say the salad overall was just average. This place was worth trying but I probably will not be back. read more

I stopped by for lunch yesterday. The location is perfect and I was happy they have a drive-through for next time if I am in a rush. Staff was friendly but they didn't know if they would have steak, pork or other protein in the future.. The food portion was large and more than enough for me. Could use more seasoning but the sauce they give you on the side made it up for the lack of seasoning on the rice. Definitely try the limeade!!! It's delicious. I wasn't going to complain until they messed up an order and gave me 2 pints instead of 4... I'm trying to diet...not to starve. I LOVE this place! A quick, delicious, healthy place to grab lunch. I must eat here at least 3 times during the week. Delicious salads and bowls! It's hard for me to pick a favorite flavor. I'm trying to work my way through all the combinations. On Wednesday I had a sweet chili mango with grilled shrimp and added avocado, that was an amazing combo. Right now I'm having the Ginger Lime Peanut with the grilled chicken and it is equally good. The sear and flavor of the chicken is so good. It's like little pieces of meat candy in my salad. Your order also comes with some sweet potato chips that are pretty darn tasty. The food is very tasty and fresh. Healthy but full of flavor. I got the tahini cucumber feta bowl with 1/2 greens 1/2 rice, and grilled chicken. The portion was a little on the smaller side especially if you're used to chipotle portions. That said though it was the perfect size for me but my husband could probably finish 2 of them. I dined in and they gave me a free bag of house made sweet potato chips which were really crispy and good. The limeade was the perfect balance of sweet and tart. The staff was extremely friendly. Generally speaking Gusto! is a solid choice for a quick bite. I was exited a new location with ample parking and a drive thru opened a bit closer to me! However I was disappointed in my visit. I placed my order and added avocado, because well....AVOCADO!! I paid and proceeded to leave with said order after watching them place highly coveted sweet potato chips in the bag. I arrived home and began to prepare to dine only to find they left off my 'cado?!?! I checked the ticket tapped to the top of the container and "add avocado" was there....checked my receipt....up charge for avocado was definitely there....but avocado wasn't in the bowl! I was disappointed because I didn't get that perfect bite I was looking forward to, AND I paid for something I didn't get (something like $1.75). I called the number on the receipt..ringing. True to their name, everything on the menu has a lot of Gusto! This is a place to get real food with real ingredients. Different dishes have different levels of heat. Even the mild options pack some spice. Most bowls come out to 7.95 for no protein to 10.95 for chicken, spicy chicken, or tofu, a little extra for shrimp. You can add avocado or portabella's. They have rice bowl, salad, flatbread and kids options. Each kitchen creation on the menu is very unique to Gusto! and you will not find anything like it from other restaurants. I believe everything is made fresh in each store and that nothing comes from a common commissary kitchen. Each meal comes with the most fantastic home made, in-store made sweet potato chips. The atmosphere is very relaxing and has a simple-modern vibe. The place is always immaculately clean. I like that there are a few simple words of encouragement from Dale Carnegie painted on the wall in the dining room. There is a rather large enclosed patio that has a vibe all it's own, with a dog food and water station and a putting green suitable for both kids and adults. They now have I believe 10 locations in the Atlanta area. The ownership deserves prosperity for the hard work they've put in to creating and maintaining the concept. Do it with Gusto! read more
