Turkey burger was good. Not great. "Premade". Salad was decent, though too much cheese and croutons (more than lettuce and tomatoes). Fries were good. Service was excellent EXCEPT for the annoying food robot that wheels around ... maybe some better purpose when it's crowded.... But in a less than a third full place? Just noisy and annoying... like those bjs robots you want to kill. read more

First and foremost, I don't believe in one star reviews, I think I've only given one if any. This was not a pleasant experience. The only reason I refrain from a one star review is there was no malice by the staff or error in delivery of the food we ordered. We only saw our server twice, to take our drink order and our food order. I ordered the fried pickles as an appetizer, and they were incredibly greasy and served lukewarm. No checking in on our food or refills on our drinks. I got the mushroom Swiss burger, and it was delivered Luker, but cooked too an accurate medium. The mushrooms taste like they were out of a can or jar. I would not come here again. If I'm ranking burger places, this is near the bottom. Most of our food was delivered cold, and after at least 45 minutes of waiting. I do hate to give negative reviews but this place is just awful with their food quality and presentation. The vibe in the restaurant is quite good, it's a good touristy atmosphere. But I think they need more staffing to deliver a quality product. Just my opinion, will absolutely not return to try again. read more

We decided to try this place out after watching a movie since it was next door. Service and staff were good but the food was well below average. We all ordered burgers - let's just say McDonald's beat these by a mile. I think someone in another review mentioned hockey puck. They're not wrong. read more

Honestly they earn their overall rating. While the inside of this place looks amazing and what you'd expect from something in the Destin Commons and my service was good enough, everything else falls extremely flat. The burger was really small in comparison to the advertisement, it was ordered medium and came out a hockey puck, the crab smelled and tasted fishy which is a sign it is either close to bad or it's is far from fresh, the butter tasted like milk had soured, they were out of mint for mojitos as if there isn't grocery stores nearby they could easily rectify this with, some of my crab was still cold. The fries are cooked in old grease and honestly as cool as the robots are they really are in the way in a place with a small floor plan. Overall this place is very mid and was a huge let down for me. read more

Service was really bad, you can tell the waitress is nice but either didn't care or just had a long day. The food was good, definitely better places very close by. We would not come again but it was an easy place to stop and grab a quick bite (and dessert) after shopping! read more

Burgers are frozen. You can tell. Food was not good. Friendly staff and good atmosphere. Won't return here. Too many better options

This is the second time we've come. Thought we'd have a better experience because it wasn't as busy, but waiting 40 minutes for a mediocre burger that cost $13 and didn't even include a side was not the vibe. read more

This is the best place for our 8th and final day experience!!! This was the best place out of all of the places we've been. We decided to go to the movies right next to it and they don't accept luggage or backpacks so I went over here and asked if they were able to take care of our luggage and stuff so we could go see the new spider-man movie and after that we thought since they took care of our stuff we should try there food and it was amazing!!! It was so good and the place was so cool looking, the service was amazing, overall I give it a five read more

Sloooowww service . To the point we got up and got our own drinks. Alabama burger pretty good.

The food was decent. Awful service tho. I ordered a chicken sandwich. The server did nothing but take my order a robot done the rest. I waited 45 minutes on my check and when I asked about my check I was told my server wasn't there she was on her break. First of all who goes on break while they still have a table. Second off this was just an excuse cause our server was sitting at the end of the bar playing on her phone. Will not be back. Would not suggest this to anyone else read more

The food took a long time to get and the restaurant is empty . the fries were overcooked and so were the mini corn dogs for my kids. I got a gluten-free burger and the bun was just OK. Waited 45 minutes on 2 burgers and some rice and it wasn't even good food. Then after the absolute crap service we got, we were forced to tip 18% simply because there were 6 of us when only 2 actually ate. Never going back. read more

This place needs a lot of help. The staff doesn't seem to know how to work their handheld systems, and if they do we had the displeasure of having the one server who didn't know how to use the device. We wanted to slightly modify our burger order but didn't want to risk it as it took quite a few minutes to just enter in the burger itself. The server also rang up a random shake for our table that no one asked for and reassured us that it would be taken off. Well I would hope so? I also didn't enjoy that when it was time for us to pay out she only set up the one payment and left us to figure out how to work their device ourselves and finish paying. We very easily could have just left or not payed since the staff was very inattentive. This will be a learning experience for us as we will not be back. read more

First time here. Wasn't too busy and staff moderately attentive. I ordered the waygu burger and it was delicious. Wife got the mushroom and grilled chicken burger and it was as well. The chocolate supreme shake will bring on diabetes. The robot server thing was too gimmicky and wait staff spent more time futzing with it than if they just brought the food. read more

Loved the beachy vibe of the restaurant. But did not love the robot machine delivering our food followed by someone serving it. It seemed odd. We had the shrimp basket, burger, and tenders and everything was very good. Get the fries instead of the tots. Tots come out overdone. Drinks are worth the price! read more

The place has a fun, upbeat atmosphere. However, both of our orders were wrong. We ordered the seafood platter and they brought the steamers. Had to send back and wait another 15 minutes. We also ordered tots instead of fries and got fries. Never offered refills on drinks. Had to ask for silverware twice. The food was decent, but nothing special. Wouldn't recommend. read more

I would leave no stars if possible. We are sitting here waiting for our food and we have been here for over an hour. We got sat and it took forever for someone to greet us and once they did, we had to flag them down to get drinks and then remind them we still were waiting on drinks. The server walked by and said food will be out soon. However, we hadn't ordered food yet. Worst service ever! I'll add that it's not busy and employees are standing around. read more

So I have cistern Destin a bunch of times and I have never eaten here. I was in the mood for a good salad and this place came up on Yelp as near me. There was no wait. You can opt to have your order taken or scan the QR code and place and pay for your order. We had our order taken I don't trust all QR codes I had the shrimp and chicken southern salad. I also had the loaded fries. My husband had a burger. The fries were PERFECT. The shrimp on the salad were seasoned perfectly. The chicken was ok. The dressing was watery. The cool thing is a reboot brings out the food! I saw they have massive milkshakes read more

The most bland burger, ever. We went here after a movie. I got the Alabama with mac and cheese. It was so tasteless to me that I drenched it in ketchup and mustard. My SIL took out her bacon because she doesn't like bacon on her meals, and even adding that to my burger barely made a dent. I eventually added salt and pepper, which I never do, and then I could taste some salt. I didn't want to be the Debbie Downer so I didn't say anything, until my SIL made a comment about adding a lot of ketchup because she also thought it was bland. She then added salt later on as well. The salt grinder was almost empty and I made the joke that everybody else probably felt the same, hence it's almost empty. She got the Florida burger. Also, apparently her eggs were too overdone, so she scraped them off. My husband rarely complains about food, but when we got home, he was saying he would have enjoyed frozen burgers from a store, cooked at home. Please save your $14. You're better off going to McDonald's. read more

We stopped here for lunch for a quick bite during our shopping day. The atmosphere is fun and lively, and we were seated rather quickly, even with it being pretty busy. Our waitress was pretty dull, not much personality or care. I inquired about if the fries were gluten free or not because I have a gluten allergy, and she kind of shook her head. I repeated my question thinking she may not have heard me because it was fairly loud in there, and she said "I don't think so, they're just fries." That pretty much tells me she has no idea, which is fine, but at least offer to find out. I decided against going through the trouble of getting someone to look into it and just ordered the fries. They have a gluten free burger bun which is actually decent, not hard or dry. Our waitress only came back to our table once after we received our food, but didn't ask us if we needed refills or anything. We actually really enjoyed the food, it was delicious and seasoned well so I considered giving it a 4 star.. however, the lack of service we received and the fact that we had to wait a while on a robot to bring us our food just isn't my cup of tea. I also didn't like the fact that the waitress stood over us while we paid on this tablet, which automatically starts a tip at 18% and 20%. For those reasons, I have to give it a 3 star. read more

This place is a very cool and nice environment to sit down and just eat some food. If youre in the mood for some burgers then this place is definitely a spot to get one, but let me tell you about this place. When I went, there wasnt much waiters/waitresses working, it started at 2 and then eventually one other person started working, we ordered the loaded tots to start us out, that in my opinion was the best thing i ate today, but it took about 30 minutes for the appetizers to come out. Shortly after the food eventually came out, I got the Florida Burger with fries, now the burger was ok. It didnt have too much flavor and they overloaded the burger with spinach to say the least. The fries I thought were pretty good though. After we ate we decided to get there Category 5 Shakes. I got the peanut butter shake and it was great! They come in jars that you get to keep and theres a good amount inside of the jar. Also all the food is carried out by robots, I thought that was pretty cool. All around, this place is pretty good, i've had better burgers but those tots and shakes are pretty hard to top. read more

Burgers were delicious, our server (Ken) was really nice and a robot brought us our food! Really enjoyed our time!

Pretty basic place. Our server, Kelsey, never checked in on us or gave us a refill (water), even forgot to bring our water out until the next table ordered their food and drinks, the food was ok, not terrible, possibly just personal preference. We and the table next to us waited a long time before getting the check and we only got it because we went and found the servers and asked. Another server, on the other hand, Sophia, went out of her way to make sure each of the 3 tables seated with 2 people each were taken care of which made up for our lack thereof. Overall I would not go back for the food or experience and it was freezing and felt like I was sitting on a rock on their benches. read more

Food not worth the price, service is horrible. They ask you how you want your burgers cooked, yet it doesn't matter because even my husband asked for his cooked med. rare and it came out well done..I asked for medium and it was well done. Fries are decent. The people that work there act bored and like they hate their jobs. Not a pleasant experience. Service was friendly but EXTREMELY slow... took an hour to get our food... Went on a Sunday night and it wasnt busy at all. We sat at the bar. Had good service. We both got burgers and they were very good. I loved the bun, and the meat was really alot for just a single. Loaded me up with pickles! Love that they have tator tots on the menu, the fries were great too. Quite a few beer choices. The thing I actually didnt love was the milkshake. I just got a regular chocolate shake, but didnt really like it. Hard to explain but didnt taste right. I did like that it came in a take home reuseable cup! We would go back to eat for sure! This review is specific to their $14 milkshakes. I fell victim to the enticing advertisement but don't make the same mistake. Terrible service and bland food. We were one of only three tables and it took over 30min to get our food. Shrimp and fries were not good. Food and ambience are good, service is very bad. 5 mins waiting for server to come out with only 2-3 other tables with people at them (2 servers btw). Food came in normal amount of time, but drink (water) didn't come until food was brought with it. Didn't get checked on ever. After finishing food, 15-20+ mins for server to come to table for check. Might be fine as a place to watch a sports game, but not for quick or friendly service. Used to be good. Hopefully they hire better for summer when things pick up. read more

Def A+ for trendy cool vibe. Really cool robot servers that brought the food and beverages. The grass fed burger was dry and sorta tasteless but the sweet potato fries and onion rings were yum. I stop by for a bite to eat on Black Friday so it was already a crazy day, we have tried every restaurant in the commons with over a hour wait and when we came here they got us in a lot faster! Our party of 5 ordered burgers and fish. It was all very good, the waiter got our order exactly right, and the cooks followed our order to a T! Mike (the mgr) was very friendly and even joked around with my 92yo Mom. Our only complaint is that the sweet tea was terrible. It was more like slightly sugared water with a smidge tea. My family of eight had crappy service! very unprofessional servers! and tried to charge me 35 dollars for a tip they didn't deserve! did not give us any silverware or plates for our appetizers until my wife got up 30 minutes later and chased down a server! we ordered sweet tea twice and they still could not get it right! when they seen a party of 8 coming in they known already it was an automatic tip no work involve! read more

We only had dessert here so can't comment on the burgers. Their signature desserts are ginormous milk shakes (not cheap) served in fancy glasses with fancy toppings. The family ordered a bunch of different kinds and they were all good, though so big they were almost a meal to themselves. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, parking available at the mall all around. Good place for dessert at a minimum. read more
