So sad they are closed! Based on their last Facebook post it sounds like a permanent closure however maybe my Yelp review will get them to reconsider. This was a go-to breakfast spot when my husband lived in Manhattan. If you enjoy a sweet and savory breakfast, this would have been the spot for you. The chicken tenders are similar to Chick Fil A nuggets, the biscuits had a unique texture that made them perfect for breakfast sandwiches, the flavor combinations for the breakfast sandwiches just worked. All flavors were well represented. Really hope they reconsider closing for good.

I was in from Omaha and went to Guilty Biscuit based on other Yelp reviews. This place was awesome! We had biscuits and gravy, the burrito and the risk it biscuit. They were all absolutely amazing and I highly recommend! We also had the mimosa and with the fresh squeezed OJ it was perfect! If you like small, local and fresh this is a must try!

Nice alternative to typical burger joint. Decor is pretty plain and the kitchen is wide open for all to see. Great variety of flavors. We tried a bit of everything on our visit and liked them all. Biscuit burgers are a bit messier than usual so don't expect to be picking up and putting it down too much. Got some biscuits to go as well. Give this place a shot! We plan on returning next time in Manhattan.

Tacos were delish, but insanely greasy. Order was ready quickly. My friend enjoyed her avocado bruschetta.

What a great little place! We were looking for a new breakfast/ brunch place in Manhattan. It's a relaxed, trendy, friendly little joint. The food was SO GOOD! They have a very clever menu, almost everything ties back to their homemade biscuits (Delicious!)

this place is crazy!! GO HERE IMMEDIATELY i got the risk it biscuit which had fried chicken and an amazing pecan hot sauce & that was definitely our winner ! the mac and cheese was also TO DIE for & trust me in this bc i definitely consider myself a mac and cheese connoisseur. the next best was the breakfast biscuit. it was really yummy but i didn't LOVE the maple sausage (however if you love the sausage mcmuffin you should def try this) & lastly the s'mores were super good but just a little doughy for me but they are.... biscuit ... so that might be on me !!

Been wanting to try this place when it first came out and man was I not disappointed. The guilty biscuit is more like a biscuit and gravy/ country fried chicken sandwich combo but so delicious. Guilty biscuit is an epic chicken sandwich which is quite filling. Place is clean, staff is very friendly, and when you walk in the place smells so amazing with its fresh handmade butter biscuits.

Was recommended to go here after a meeting. And it was a great recommendation. The food was good and flavorful. The biscuit it self did not last long holding the burger but overall the meal was freshly made. This was my first time at the place but I will be coming back.

After eating, I see why it was packed. This place is great! We just HAD to try the "world famous" raspberry bean dip. You should too! I've been thinking about it ever since! Their burger menu is pretty impressive and they had several I want to try. However, I landed on the Aloha burger (thinking warm thoughts during this brisk Kansas winter). It was pretty tasty! Get the raspberry bean dip. I've been thinking about it since we had lunch. The vibe: Old timey saloon meets tombstone.

Luckily, on my most recent visit, my girlfriend and I were able to be seated immediately. If you've never had a Nancy (light beer with a splash of pineapple juice), go ahead and order that first while you look at the menu. It isn't well known outside of Aggieville unless you are a KSU alum. Then order the raspberry chipotle black bean dip. It sounds odd, but is super good. On this visit, I tried "The Bird", which is a southwest chicken sandwich on a hoagie roll. It was super filling, and between that and the dip, I wasn't able to finish everything. Must stop in Aggieville (at least during the daylight hours).
