I went here because of the positive reviews, but I was underwhelmed. The breadsticks were hard and hollow and honestly disgusting because of how greasy they were and not in a garlicky way. The pizza was also super greasy so much that the grease seeped through the box in the 5 minute commute back to my work. They're generous with the cheese but the quality of the cheese was too chewy I almost choked. The next day I opted for dominos which was cheaper for carry out and a hit at my work potluck. Definitely not coming back unfortunately.

I've been ordering from guidos for almost 20 years. I am a fan of their pizza, ranch and wings. Their salads can be pretty good as well. The pastas however are a hit or miss. I always come back to Guidos because The taste has never changed and the quality is always good. Their prices HAVE increased ($23 medium 12 inch Hawaiian) and I find that the quality hasn't risen with the prices.

I tried to for the first time on Halloween. I thought the food was really good. They had a really interesting dish called a calamari. Steak was really interesting but I thought it was really tasty. They were friendly service was nice. It was quiet because it was Halloween night, but I'll definitely try them again in the future.

Guidos pizza in Pacoima - pizza is very delicious. We ordered the managers special and upgraded to an XL pizza, asked for double baked wings so that they could be crunchy. Everything was delicious!

Amazing pizza! And do NOT forget the house dressing! He makes it fresh daily. Worth the buck.

Each flavor combo seems authentic to the CULTURE it represents with unique ingredients. How do they have the fridge space !? The FUNGI pizza with truffle oil was light and crispy with umami flavors from the mushroom and white sauce as the base which only enhances the buttery and creamy notes of the pizza. Great SERVICE and cute to go boxes. Seems like a mom and pop shop with made to order individual pizzas with an authentic oven. Fun LOCAL spot.

On this day we ordered the Bulgogi pizza which was disappointing…read more Pizza was salty, limited bulgogi and the corn was unnecessary and didn't add any flavor to it. The crust is super thin which isn't a big deal but preferably a thicker dough would hold the topping better. Thw issue is the consistency of the dough is always different, its a gamble you may get a nicely baked pizza or you may get an over cooked or even worse burnt crust. The pizza is so small & pricey for the size (anywhere from $19-$26) and not knowing if your pizza will come out nicely baked or overly cooked/burnt isn't a gamble I want to take. Weeks back we had the the "Bombay tikka" that one had better flavors, although the crust was overly cooked/burnt. The service has been good the 3x we've been here, the workers are always friendly and ready to help with any question, the spot is small and the decor felt like we were back in Italy, but the uncertainty of how cooked/burnt the pizza will be isn't a gamble I'm willing to take again, I like consistency. In San Fernando (on San Fernando Road) there are 2 Mom & Pop pizza shops that have more flavorful pizzas, bigger proportions and always consistent with the crust.

The owner, Antonio, told me about his wife and their three daughters, and how they don't have family here, so it's just the five of them - all while he is working hard and building this business. That alone gave me such a soft spot for their family. But on top of that, the amount of love, care, and effort he clearly puts into both the food and the customer experience is incredible. Antonio was so accommodating with my daughter, who is an extremely picky eater. He made her a simple pasta with butter, and she absolutely loved it - which almost never happens. He also recommended the panna cotta because he said little girls always love it, and he was right. Maya was obsessed with it. The food was delicious, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere felt so warm and genuine. Definitely recommend - this man and his family deserve all the business.

The best Hawaiian pizza ever!…read more We tried the Hawaiian Hit Man, & even my friend who is NOT usually a fan of pineapple on pizza loved this one. The pineapple is fresh - not canned like you usually find on pizzas - and it's sliced suuuper thinly, so it's still crispy. Then there's smoked ham and Applewood smoked bacon on it, and honey! We got the thin NY style & seriously, I'd come back just for this. We also tried the Detroit style Sweet Gino. We wanted to like this just as much, but it was too bready for us. If you like a puffy thick crust, this one is actually light - not as heavy as others. And the sauce is very good. Since this is the only place I have ever seen that uses fresh pineapple, & their Hawaiian is so good, I will definitely be back!
