The pizza is so small & pricey for the size (anywhere from $19-$26) and not knowing if your pizza will come out nicely baked or overly cooked/burnt isn't a gamble I want to take. Weeks back we had the the "Bombay tikka" that one had better flavors, although the crust was overly cooked/burnt. The service has been good the 3x we've been here, the workers are always friendly and ready to help with any question, the spot is small and the decor felt like we were back in Italy, but the uncertainty of how cooked/burnt the pizza will be isn't a gamble I'm willing to take again, I like consistency.
